“Came here the other night to pick up food for a friend. Was waiting around for a bit, this place could use some more staff. Like 3-4 people during dinner time? Come'on. One of the staff ended up getting my attention and wanted to know what order I was picking up. They were so nice I was honestly so surprised, cause there's only 3 people and a list of orders. Put more staff on. They got me what I was waiting for minutes later. They were so kind. I wish I got their name so I could say who it was. 7ish Thursday, they had a white hoodie with some cool pattern on it. They looked busy, running the place, but took the few moments to make sure I got my food. It was awesome“

“It's not very often I'm impressed with fast food service. The McDonald's in Northampton was exceptional. Prompt, courteous and they prepared my food as ordered. I believe one of the employees names was Iakainna and unfortunately didn't catch the name of the other employees. Kudos to the Manager Don who has trained his team to perform in a fast, friendly manner!“

“Newly updated inside! Nice clean modern dining area! New menu is a little tough to read! I like the soda fountain in the dining area! Service was quick and efficient! Cashier could of been more talkative!updated 12/12/23 prices have gone up! Not much for chicken deals this time of the year!“
