“The server we had last night was the biggest jerk and should be fired. We left after being clearly discriminated by your staff. We’ve been coming here for years but will never be back after yesterday’s experience. Ricardo was a complete jerk and should not be in the restaurant business.“

“Great place to eat in Worcester. A lot of menu options with something for just about everyone. Portion sizes are big enough to ensure you get to bring food home with you. Some interesting twists on conventional dishes as well. Servers were super tentative and always accommodating. Great place to go with your friends or family. Parking is hard to come by there, however.Parking: Big parking lot but very tough to find a space. May have to wait 10-15 minutes for one to open up.“

“Fabulous Product Run by two Italian brothers, the pizza is fabulous. Not like pizza you usually get for take out. The crust was done perfectly. They use san marzano tomatoes as the sauce. The toppings choices not the usual you get at other places. Different cheese choices also. I can't say enough how pleasantly surprised we were with our meal. Tip: Get the calzone. Definitely worth a try. You won't regret it. Thanks“

“Hands down the best Italian place in the greater Sutton area. We absolutely love Brickstone. It's our go-to when we just want some great Italian comfort food. It's been a staple of our takeout meals since we moved to Sutton three years ago and I can honestly say that it's never disappointed. Our favorites are the Chicken Emma, Chicken Faucher, and Chicken Parm.“

“We hired Bird’s Nest Italian Street Food truck for our daughter’s college graduation party this weekend. It couldn’t have been any better! We had food for 63 people served right in our driveway. Working with Michael was a cinch. We exchanged some emails and booked a deposit easily online. He promptly answered any questions I had. Everyone loved the selection and commented how fun it was to have a food truck at the party. It also gave my husband and me the opportunity to enjoy time with all of our guests. Everything was provided, we just needed a trash can for disposal of the paper boats and utensils that our guests ate clean! We loved the experience and I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a stress free party!“

“Hidden gem in Southbridge. Went last night for dinner with my dad. He got the linguini and meatballs. He ate every bite. We asked for bread they gave us a fresh small loaf of bread with butter. He said sauce was excellent. I got the teriakyi chicken with rice pilaf and green beans. Everything was delicious. Green beans were cooked to perfection. I have also had their pizza in the past and fish and chips highly recommend. We sat in the dining room it was very quiet. Waitress was friendly and easy going.“

“This location is a treasure trove! My go-to order and fave is the french toast with banana foster. The personnel is quite amiable! It is a great family-run business! You won't be let down if you visit this place, I guarantee it! Do try it out! You'll become a regular, just like the majority of their clients and us!“

“Their pizza is okay, a bit pricey for what you get. I didn't care for the flavor of their dough, and I thought they were skimpy with the amount of cheese they add. You shouldn't see more pizza sauce then cheese on a pizza. I guess they're just not for me. My bf however got a calzone and loved it. To each their own“

“I wish I could give this place ten stars! The guy working was awesome and you can tell he truly cares and loves what he does! We stumbled on this place by accident as we are from Pennsylvania and we’re just bumming around town looking for stuff to do! The pizza was great, and we will 100% come back here any time we’re in town! Thank you so much!!!“

“Tried for the first time the other night- half potato skin half steak&cheese pizza- was thoroughly impressed! Very tasty, tender, seasoned steak and the crust was almost to good to give any piece to my begging dog (ultimately giving in and he approved). Price was right, called in and ready in the correct given time (20 minutes). This will now be our regular pizza place!“

“My husband and I went here for the first time, and the food exceeded our expectations. My husband got the chicken Caribana with shrimp added, and I got the haddock stuffed with crab and whipped loaded potatoes. The taste of the food was so good. The appetizers were amazing as well. My husband got the sweet chili chicken tenders, and I got clam chowder. The waitress was very attentive and kind, and the cook is blessed with amazing cooking skills. I hope more people visit this gem because it is so good. The seating and inside of the restaurant is so cozy and laid back.We will definitely be returning.Parking: There is a small parking lot next to the post office, it is convenient.“

“I shouldn't star so hard in case there will be crowds in this small local restaurant with authentic Italian foods. As with most places, a little salty lasagna (for my taste) yet delicious & a good comfort food this rainy day. The eggplant rollatini was “

“Jim's Pizza is the best. Their food is great, prices are right and they deliver! Sam the delivery person is so nice if you get him and I always tip him nicely.Everything on their menu is truly great with the exception of one that I particularly didn't care for but it's not worth mentioning. Their french fries are SOOO good as well as their onion rings to die for. Fajitas of all kinds and you can add all kinds of combinations during the check out process. Which I really love because options are really great - sometimes can be a bit pricey, but damn - if you want it ignore the price - just order it because it will be so yummy. The Stromboli's are incredible as well. All meals are so huge when you get them. If you eat the whole thing, you gotta ask yourself, is that whole thing gonna come out in one piece too! LOLNone the less - I HIGHLY recommend Jim's Pizza. They so worth trying. You don't have to pay $21 a pizza at the Market 32 Mall - which I did because I was there and didn't want to be rude but it was horrible pizza and they are also less than Tony's and they don't deliver!“

“If you've been here, then you know how good it is. If not, then you gotta go. This is real italian, not american italian. Recipes come from generations of feeding an italian family. First there is the calamari, Prepared fresh. Everyone agreed it was the best ever. And the homemade ravioli and incredible meatballs, our entire party enjoyed each and every dish. I could go on, but it's easier for you to just try it yourself.“

“So Jen B or as our family has termed her, BAB, or Jenny from the BLOCK is an amazing waitress!! This lady deserves a medal for her customer service and respect she has for the LGBTQ community! We were there this past Saturday in town for a concert for our son Olly. This place was busy as all get out and she was ON IT with our food and drinks. She also has a deep respect for people who just want to be who they are. My kid had a picture show up on his Facebook memories pre-transition which also happened to be my fave pic of little him. We showed Jen B and we all had talked about this journey about life and identity. She was so accepting and great at her job.The food and drink was amazing and prompt considering how busy it was especially. Olly loved the mocktails! We look foward to visiting again if our travels take us anywhere in that vicinity again!“

If you’re looking for great food great, and great atmosphere ask for Sam and she will take good care of you.I was sad to find out that she was covering for someone on Friday night. I will try to be back on a night when she is working but thank you very much Sam!“

“Love the exposed duct work & piping which goes well with the large plank wood walls. Hopped up on 1 of the 4 tall decorative cloth back booths. Appeared they also have about 7 or 8 other floor level booths. Browsed the variety of options on the 2 sided menu while listening to 50's and 60's music. Went classic with a sautéed mushroom & onion burger with waffle fries & a coke. Everything cooked perfectly, no complaints. Plenty of parking. HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE walkway/roll-up. Open late too for those 2nd & 3rd shifters needing a snack on the way out of or into work.“

“The food was good - average Italian food based on the gnocchi I ordered. Our server, Cheryl, was outstanding. She was very outgoing, funny, attentive, and personable and we really enjoyed her. The decor was cute - we were seated in the main dining room that was decorated to look like an outdoor cafe (even though I requested the 2nd dining room that looked really cool with stone walls and cute lighting).“

“We went on a busy Saturday night, it was busy but good. I tried a XO Chocolate Martini, it was strong and basically tasted like straight up vodka with a hint of chocolate. They took that drink back and made me a strawberry daiquiri, that was much better. My sirloin steak tips were cooked to perfection, and the mashed potatoes were good as well. All in all a great place to eat dinner.“
