“First time trying the Blueberry Muffin today and it was such a wonderful experience! Our waitress was super friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The chef brought out two muffins he made for my friends and I to try. They were SPECTACULAR!!! Such fun and creative ways to elevate your favorite bakery items. “Wow! Not only were these DELICIOUS but they were the perfect balance of cake, filling and frosting. Too many times cake pops are so sweet that you can FEEL your body reacting. These were like perfect slices of cake with just the right amount of everything. And they tasted SO fresh - like made-that-morning fresh! Even after a couple of days in the fridge they were still just as delicious as the first day. Even the packaging was on point - lovely enough to be giftable but not so decorated that it could not seamlessly fit into an ensemble. Cole's Cake Pops is going on my go-to list for fun, thoughtful gifts to send. Even if we sometimes just gift ourselves!“

“I ordered my sons birthday cake here and man oh man let me tell you, my son absolutely enjoyed his cake. The cake was just right not too sweet. How the cake came out was absolutely amazing. When I picked up the cake I wanted to cry of pure happiness, the creator of this cake did an absolutely amazing job. The customer service was beyond top notch, from placing my order, going over details with Marie to the very end where I picked it up was absolutely phenomenal. I will be ordering more custom cakes from here. THANK YOU FOR BEING AMAZINGLY AMAZING!!!“

“The absolute best bakery I've ever visited.
There was a line out the door when I arrived, and I typically NEVER wait in lines. French Memories was really the only breakfast place around so my husband and I decided to wait it out. WOW, I couldn't believe that my coffee, our breakfast sandwiches, our mini apple pie and our chocolatine were all STELLAR. It was so good that we went out of our way to go AGAIN the day after and waited in another 30 minute line, however it was completely worth it!!! Again, I never ever wait in lines out the door, this is the only place I've ever gone that I would wait every time. Thank you all, so incredible.“

“Sometimes a healthy snack is a boring snack. NOT SO with Boxford Bakehouse granola! Fresh all-natural ingredients are crafted into a crunchy and delicious granola that is packed with texture and flavor. Somehow they've managed to preserve the crunch without the use of any added oils. I've had each of these versions and can recommend them all. My personal favorite was the muselli.“

It looks like all beans are roast right here, and this is a super simple place with just coffee, muffins, and one or two other fresh-baked items.
The owner was gracious enough to let me use the bathroom (a rare commodity around here, and it wasn’t hard to flush which, with my fragile EDS hands, some are these days).

“This place is really good and we visited for a couple times on our trip. Breakfast biscuit and gravy are among the best I've ever had. Muffins are phenomenal and taste just as good as they look. I recently had the pleasure of visiting a delightful little coffee and sandwich shop located right on the water, overlooking the beautiful Scituate Bay. This cozy establishment truly captures the essence of a charming seaside escape.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by attentive and cheerful customer service. The staff was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the menu as it was my first time there. I decided on the avocado BLT wrap, which turned out to be the perfect size for a satisfying meal, especially when paired with my cold brew iced coffee.
The decor of the shop is reminiscent of an old seaside establishment, adorned with nautical themes and vibrant merchandise that added to its charm and made a lasting impression. It’s the kind of place where you can easily lose track of time while enjoying the view and atmosphere.
One thing to keep in mind is the parking situation; since it’s a busy area, you'll need to park at the public parking lot nearby. However, the experience inside is well worth the small effort!
