“Local donut shop with an old diner-ish vibe (cash only).

First time passing through Quincy Center, so I stopped by to try some local donuts. It’s cash only, but prices were reasonable. About $11 for a half-dozen regular donuts.

Their “special” donuts sat up front in the glass case with fun toppings, but one of the employees mentioned they’re basically the same chocolate or vanilla frosted donuts dressed up with extras. At $3.50 each, not terrible, but both the pumpkin one and the cookie monster one were just okay.

From their classics, we grabbed the old-fashioned and the Boston cream. Better than Dunkin’, obviously, but not my favorite versions around Boston. Feels more like a spot I’d stop by on my way to work than a place I’d drive out of my way for.“

“We all thoroughly enjoyed our Hot Pot Buffet. Great value for high quality ingredients that were very fresh. We tried several choices not typically found at other restaurants. Our fantastic wait staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and highly efficient. We recommend Fairy Cafe and will definitely be back.“

“I come here every so often. Just a local doughnut shop where you can also buy scratch tickets/tobacco. My go-to is the glazed chocolate. Relatively smaller doughnut but it is just the right size if you don't want to feel too guilty. Service is always excellent but I never tried any of the breakfast sandwiches.“

“I mostly use the drive-thru and order ahead online. Its usually hit or miss; most of the time its a miss. It feels like everytime I give a cash tip, something always happens where I regret tipping; a sandwich is forgotten or a drink wasn't made. The brightside of ordering online is that if something was forgotten and the realization doesn't hit until later on, I can always get my money back for the missing items.“

“Staff is really great! Highly recommend. However, some repeat customers seem to make sitting inside a challenge as they'll take up multiple seats/tables, or can be loud and disruptive at time. Staff handles these interactions well and are always professional.“

“I love going to their dunkin' donuts they served very well the customer is they are very helpful when I came in the door very nice people I go there all the time and I like going there I would recommend that store that I went to cuz it was very nice and they're very helpful and the place was very clean I see the people there cleaning all the time I've seen them clean the bathrooms everything it was very nice and clean“
