The ingredients in taste have slightly changed from time to time. Customer service can be an improvement. Please provide more assistance to front personal on days that are most busy so they do not take out frustrations on customers. Personal experience, as I was asked to speed up my decision when I had my daughter and visually impaired father with me picking out what they wanted. Yes, there was a line, of which we also patiently waited for others to make their choices. Very 😠 grumpy personel. To help this process please do best to educate on best customer practice, and taking a break to ease personal tension. But Emily, the manager, and her father John, the owner, did something I truly didn't expect — they made it work anyway. They went out of their way to make sure we still got everything we needed, and on Easter Sunday of all days. That kind of customer care is rare. It would have been so easy for them to simply say "sorry, we're closed" — but instead they showed up for us in a way we won't forget. And the food? Absolutely delicious. Our pies were fresh and perfectly made, and the carrot birthday cake — a special request from the birthday boy himself — was absolutely stunning. Everything tasted like it was baked with real love and care, and it made our Easter celebration (and birthday!) that much more special. “This was our first order from flour moon bakery. We wanted to have an under the water birthday cake with some tropical flavor. Ellen is wonderful to communicate with. She was very accommodating about decorations and the flavor. I think there is no flavor that she cannot do for you! we decided to choose mango flavor on the layers with a hint of pineapple on the cake. The cake turned out very yummy and felt like a piece of paradise in my mouth. The guests absolutely loved the flavor and cake.
The decoration was 10/10, flavor 10/10, she also delivery in the surrounding towns, which was absolutely life saver 10/10.
She was very through about our need and always communicated to include the last-minute needs. Will definitely come back.“

“WOW !! let me tell YALL ABOUT THESE PATTIES !!! i’m talking about lip smackkinnn good ! the pattie’s are WELL PRICED, flaky , crispy, soft, juicy, hot, fresh .. i mean you can’t tell me NOTHING!! and the bread rolls are HANDMADE (as are the pattie’s) but the bread is also fluffy and hot & it absorbs butter sooo nicely. i went one day, then the following day and then the day after that !! it’s a small bakery with a juicing shop attached. i ordered a dozen beef patties and i put them in the fridge.. After about 5-7 mins in the toaster oven it was good as new !! they have a loyal customer in me. i HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“
