We had the cochin white fish, fried fish, and salmon pkaila. We also had the pickles, two great cocktails, and the napoleonka. Everything was unbelievably delicious. They have fabulous flavors and creativity and we loved how all of the dishes had explanations and connections to Jewish tradition. Our service was also excellent! Mike the server explained everything clearly and was very conscientious about allergies. Had a hankering for something sweet and was pleased that this place was only a few stops down. The amount of flavors truly makes me want to stay and just try them all. Can confirm the almond joy in a sugar cone and the banana in a waffle cone are both delicious. Banana tastes like actual banana and the almond joy did not skimp on the mix ins.“

The fig was real. The goat cheese was real. It just was so natural tasting. We also really enjoyed talking with the “man behind the counter.” He said he was a cousin of the owner. He was super knowledgeable and informed us about the ice cream workshops and about how people from near and far came for the nut free ice cream options. I would really like the decor and the interior of the store to match the richness and decadence of the ice cream itself. The look of the store does not quite match the awesomeness of the ice cream. Please try this ice cream… it is so good! Some of the best ice cream I have ever had!“

“Hands down the best M&M ice cream I’ve ever had! I don’t live local anymore but when I’m in town I bring a cooler and buy quarts to go home with me. It’s that good.“

“I ordered a Power Boost bowl through DoorDash and overall the bowl itself was delicious. Upon receiving it, I discovered it contained walnuts (which I have an allergy to) and the ingredient info on DoorDash did not list walnuts. I reached out to the store and they immediately updated the ingredient info and offered to remake the bowl, which I really appreciated.

After looking into this further, my bigger concern is with DoorDash. There is currently no option during the ordering process to list a food allergy or request an ingredient be removed. The only note option available relates to substitutions if an item is unavailable, not allergy information.

If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, I would highly recommend ordering directly through the store rather than through DoorDash so you can communicate those concerns directly and the restaurant can handle them accordingly because the bowl itself is absolutely worth trying!“

“I've been going to Meltharb for years and their homemade ice cream is delicious and their list of flavor options is huge. Recently I had to give up dairy and tried their new Almond milk ice cream (made in-store) and it's delicious! so glad I can still enjoy their ice cream.“

“I stopped in after dinner with my date to finally try this place out and we were blown away.

First off: the flavors are amazing. They are both well thought of combinations and absolutely high quality products. This is artisan level ice cream. It is very dense and rich. It kind of reminds me of Italian gelato in a way. I loved the cones as well. You can order a 1, 2, or 3 scoop in a cone or cup. Or cone kind of looking thing in a cup.

The staff here was super nice and friendly. Thank you for your professionalism! I love the atmosphere of the store and it was very modern, clean, and intriguing. I wanted a cone as soon as I walked in.

Price wise, be prepared for expensive ice cream. In my opinion it was worth the purchase for how exceptionally better it was than the vast majority of places I’ve tried around town.

“This is a charming ice cream store in the picturesque and quaint neighbourhood of North End. The two ice creams I’ve tasted were good but not the best I’ve had in Boston. For instance, I had the coffee ores one today and I wished it had more concentrated coffee flavour. Their hot fudge is yummy though. The people who work there were nice and professional.“
