“Came in for my first time despite living in the area for so long! Alex and Carlos were very inviting and took care of my family and I! They really made it fun and engaging for my kids letting them try flavors and left a smile on all of our faces. I will defitnely be back if Carlos and Alex is working again!

“I'm updating my new favorite here. Orange sherbert freeze. It's so refreshing. They combine sherbert, seltzer water, and syrup. I have them add a pump of raspberry syrup. It's so good!!! Best drink on a hot day. I also love their banana split sooo yummy. All their ice cream/full menu is amazing. Plus, open all year round.

Been going here for years. Excellens ice cream parlor. Recent visit in August 2021 got the rainbow sherbet. You could taste each flavor. Was great!“

“I really liked this little place. They had a good variety of flavors. Loved the burnt caramel. The fruity cereal was OK too, but the bourbon maple pecan was my favorite out of the three. Despite the line it moved pretty quick too, so dont let that sway you. Worth a try.“

I believe this is a small, family owned business: they are always attentive to your order, they will even call you to confirm if you want a specific topping or not! “I went to Michele's to buy too ice creams totaling 16 dollars and something cents plus a 3 dollar tip ..I have my little shitzoo with me my sandy was thirsty because it's hot and muggy out side so I asked the girl if I could have a small cup of ice water for my dog and she tells the price of the water was 2.50 I said for tap water and she saids yes we're low on ice so I said just give me a small cup of tap water without ice for my dog and I will pay for the cup ..the manager turns around and saids no we can't do that... so I ask him why your not dog friendly or you don't like dogs he then tells me he has no tap water ..what a joke...then he said his brother is the manager and he needs to follow the rules so I said to him your going to lose a customer and get a bad review on yelp over a small cup of tap water and he said yes so here we are ....he just lost a customer over tap water I am a dog lover my dog goes everywhere with me and I never had a problem going to any other place for tap water for my dog so this brings me to one conclusion that they don't care for animals and any place that don't like animals I don't want anything to do with so all you animal lovers don't go to Michele's ice cream because there are so many icecream places around the surrounding areas that are pet friendly...shame on you guys ..“

“I am beyond grateful for the young man that answered my desperate phone call after a 3rd party delivery service application experienced a technical error.
The result was not receiving our entire order, and my 7 year old daughter, who is home sick, was missing her frappe that I had promised.
Although I never caught this employee's name, who was super kind and professional on the phone, within 25 minutes, he personally drove to our home to deliver the missing item!
