“Came here for a bite after getting off at Andrew station and I highly recommend!! Phenomenal service, everyone is so great and helpful. You order at the bar and the staff is happy to answer any questions. I got the Irwin chopped cheese and my friend got a burger. 10/10! Stop by to watch a game and enjoy the vibes. Oh and the margaritas were banging too. And we requested for hockey Stanley cup final games and they made the change super fast.“

Cocktails are fun and creative, service is 13/10, the XL portions of fries that require to-go boxes are the only fries I’ve ever found to reheat well, and if you’re lucky, Steve will be tending bar. I love going at the slightly quieter times but I’ll never gatekeep the euphoria experienced by a meal here. Bonus perks: Max & Chelsea have the best senses of humor, the murals on the patio are always amazing, the beer and wine selection are vast (also the mocktails!), and the decor always feels like your favorite “I Spy” book.“

My husband and I had a great experience living here and had rarely any issues. The main issue we had at move-in was addressed and we were even offered a small gift for the inconvenience. I love the maintenance staff and they are always so pleasant and helpful. One of my favorite parts of living here was having an in-house fitness coach/ personal trainer- Cienna Jade! She is so amazing to work with and has really helped me along my fitness journey. It was so convenient having her come to the 500 Ocean gym, which is one of the best gyms I've seen in an apartment home. She conducts 1 on 1 sessions and will literally work with you on scheduling a time that's convenient for you as well as offering group or couple sessions! Overall, very pleasant experience!“

“Came here pre-concert upon the recommendation of friends who live in the West End. Perfect suggestion! Great pizza options - you can see the pizza oven from your seat. The four of us light eaters shared the pear arugula salad (excellent - the balsamic dressing was fantastic.) followed by a large pizza. We were able to get half margherita half salsiccia to satisfy all tastes. OMG the sauce is some of the freshest I've had in the North End. Service was great - got us in and out in plenty of time. If planning to go before a game or concert, a reservation is a must. A short walk from home, so we'll definitely be back!“

The reason for the five stars is first the ambience of the restaurant was on point and comfortable not to pretentious . We were met by the hostess and she said we could sit wherever we wanted as it was a Monday evening (early ) We started with a Guinness for my husband and I wanted a red wine . The waitress recommended a wine that was very popular Valentines evening and I wanted a Malbec . She brought me a sampler of both and then decided to go with a Cabernet on the menu and thanked her for her recommendation. We started out with the wings that were cooked to perfection along with a mesquite bbq sauce . My husband and I both ordered the Bishop Burgers . He ordered it medium well with Swiss cheese and regular fries and I ordered mine medium with Cheddar and their specialty Rosemary fries which were heavenly . This restaurant is part of the restaurant but separate. It’s a well known restaurant in the neighboring city where all walks of life go to . Jeff the owner also came by to say hello and to make sue everything was to our satisfaction. A+ all around“

“I’ve been here many times, and last night was great. I was served by Vee. he was very welcoming, helpful, and always smiling. I accidentally pushed my glass off the bar, and he handled it so professionally and didn’t even charge me for it. I really appreciated his kindness and positive attitude.
However, my experience the week before was different. The female bartender (with the big glasses) served me with a bit of an attitude. never introduced herself! You can’t feel that she doesn’t like the job…When I asked if I could borrow an iPhone charger since my phone had died, she told me to go to the front desk. The response felt a little dry and not very friendly. no problem if no charger is available, but I think it’s a good idea to leave one or two chargers at the bar since most of the people have an iPhone.

“Main issue was the service. Waited 40 minutes for our drinks, then when arrived, 1 was wrong. Server less than apologetic then took another 10 minutes for a replacement. Ordered 4 apps, 1 came out in a reasonable time, others all came separately after a long wait. Apparently Server was having issues because manager did come over to ask how things were going......not well. He did end up compensating is with 2 rounds of drinks. Food however was excellent. Many other staff also confused, walking to tables, trying to give food that they patron didn't order.“
