“10/10! We had the stewed beef soup noodles, scallion pancakes and pork and cabbage dumplings. The soup had tender meat, delicious broth and hand pulled homemade noodles (I still regret not ordering another to go to bring home). The scallion pancakes were some of the best I've ever had--made to order, light and not too greasy. The pork and cabbage dumplings were wrapped in a thin, homemade wrapper and the filling was juicy and flavorful. While I don't have any before photos, I think the after speaks for itself.“

“Love the food and atmosphere here. The soup dumplings are delicious. My favorite meal is the Shrimp Noodle. Also, their takeout presentation is amazing. Most of the time, restaurants give you a paper bag, portions can seem smaller etc. Not here. The bag the takeout comes in is so nice, you will want to reuse it, and it is designed to keep your food warm. The chopsticks were actually good quality and the packaging the food was in kept the noodles separated from the sauce! 5 stars“

“An affordable family-run take out Chinese food.
I stopped by to pickup some Chinese food. Beef noodle for my kids and general Tsao’s combo for me.
Everything came out hot. The egg rolls took the longest. It was crunchy and I could tell it was home made.
The noodles was OK. It was a bit light on ingredients but at this price point, that’s fine.
General Tsao was interesting. Small pieces of chicken, individually thickly coated, and sauces generously. No broccoli but at this price, can’t ask for it. It had a nice crunch and flavor was good. It came in a smallish container but it was packed full of food.
They put in utensils I asked for along with sauces.
When I was there, bunch of kids were there and they were helping out. It’s nice to see family run shops. The woman taking order was super friendly and asked about my kids.
If you want an affordable and generously portioned meal, these guys are great.“

“I have been eating at and ordering from Mandarin Wilbraham for 8 years. Every time, inside or at home, the food is fresh, hot and delicious! The staff is friendly and double checks for order correctness and specifics. When I call for take out they ask me if I would like my usual hot sauce. (Who would know that?) My order this evening was delivered and was not my order. They called me immediately and were back at my home in less than 10 minutes, all apologies. When my correct order came, again, piping hot, fresh and delish!! And with a smile. Accolades to your attention, excellent food and true dynamic of serving wonderful food to your neighbors! “REFUSED MY REFUND FOR FOOD POISONING Order food with a friend on Doordash from this restaurant and everything he had was fine, my hibachi teriyaki chicken I ate made me violently sick to my stomach and I’ve been throwing up at work, and I still feel very unwell. I was perfectly fine all day, this was the first thing I even ate today as well. I became unwell half an hour after eating the chicken. Called the restaurant asking nicely if I could get a refund for the one item that was mine and I was told “this chicken hasn’t made anyone else sick all day so maybe you’re having an off day” and “our hands are tied” and they refused to give me a refund for food I can’t even finish the leftovers of. It shouldn’t matter if everyone else ate it and was fine all day, if a customer gets sick from food from your establishment it’s common decency to give them a refund for their unpleasant experience and troubles. I shouldn’t have to come here and write a bad review because of how upset I am or take it a step further and be a jerk to them on the phone or in person to get my money back, I’m not that kind of person.. but I came here to express what I had to deal because I’m very upset I spent money on something that made me unwell and I can’t even finish... 🤷🏻‍♀️🙄“

“Best service by far! I ordered a pupu for one, BOMB! A shrimp lo mein, BOMB! Pork fried rice with boneless spare ribs, and a chicken noodle soup, BOMB, BOMB, and BOMB! Omg and I asked for extra sauces and they actually gave them to me!? Some places you ask for extra sauce, and not even paying for it will they actually give it to you.??‍♀️ And your girl likes her sauce with everything!? But I was most impressed with the quality and flavor of the food. It was nice, hot, and fresh. I mean I placed an order for delivery at 7:55pm and at 8:14pm the delivery driver was calling me he was downstairs with my food! Siiii it’s a 10/10 for me!“

They could triple the size and it would just be enough. Decent general tsos, light not heavy so if you want some thick sauce this is not it. Beef teriyaki was lackluster.“

“Tong Sing has been our family’s go-to Chinese take-out (and occasional dine-in) spot for 30+ years now! Our favorite items are the “Shrimp and Broccoli in White Sauce” as well as the Chicken Teriyaki and the Beef Teriyaki (we usually get a large of both!). The “Chicken with Mixed Vegetables in Brown Sauce” is very good too, and entrees come with a side of rice. The house fried rice has high-quality ingredients and is yummy without being greasy.
There’s no fancy website and we always call in our order, but the prices are right, so no complaints here.“

The steamed veggies and meat option (choose your own veggies/meat/sauce combo) was a delightful deal, the sashimi is fresh and well-priced, lunch specials were a hit.
