“so let me start by saying I've been coming here everyday for probably 15 years. I wouldnt say I recommend them but things have been fine over the years minus a few poorly made coffees etc. There is a male who takes your order in the drive thru who has the very best attitude and he is always really great. However today I found a piece of metal in my sons chocolate glazed donut. I decided to call and tell them so they could check their donuts to ensure this wasn't a problem in others. I didnt want anything feom them except for them to ensure the safety of others and check their donuts. The lady who answered I believe is the manager. She brushed me off and basically said they don't make the donuts as if this deems it not her problem... this was an unacceptable response and very concerning. If I were an employee and someone called me to tell me there was a metal piece in a donut I would have asked questions and been very concerned! However, it was obvious she did not care and had zero intentions on following through. . I'm thankful thst we saw the metal before my son ate it and I am unsure how they didnt see it before placing it in the bag since it was sticking straight out!“

“My neighbor stops at Donut Dip each time he is driving to his family in Red Hook, NY. After trying some examples from Donut Dip, I have settled on the jelly filled cruller as the best donut that is available today. It is dense, crunchy, sweet, full of “donut flavor”. Incredible. “There are at least two local independent coffee shops with excellent specialty coffee nearby. There are local independent bakers with amazing sourdough and sweets nearby. But sometimes, commodity coffee and factory baked goods are fine, as you just want a quick cup of joe, a donut, and a breakfast sandwich from the drive-thru.“

I’m a regular in the morning and they know my order every time I pull up which might be common but one of the great drive through people at this Dunkin’ is really amazing at drawing and he’s drawn art on my Dunkin cups so now I’m sold.“
