“Made the switch to Family last summer and have not been let down. Ordering online is a breeze, delivery drivers are courteous and friendly and the biggest thing is they actually seem to care about your “notes” we’ve requested “extra crispy” wings multiple times and they were perfectly done. “Extra cheese” was not an extra pound per square inch, it was actually what you would expect and nicely done.
Pizza quality is great and not greasy, have had select gourmets and custom build your own pizzas done very well!! Prices are very reasonable for quality and amount you receive in our opinion. Also delivery times have always been insanely fast!“

“Staying in the area and wanted to try something new, we order a sandwich, some apps, and fried dough. Our food was AMAZING! Not only was it hot when we got it home, but everything was delicious. “I had to drop my car off at LIA Honda and their shuttle driver drop me off downtown. I walked over to Pinocchio‘s got a pepperoni slice with a bottle of water for 550 pizza was fantastic and I am half Italian and it’s delicious for the price. You can’t beat it today. I sat and took my time and I watched all the customers coming in and out buying boxes of pizza and ordering slices and you can see why I will return. I like NOHO downtown nice atmosphere Pinocchio is worth a stop for a quick slice of pizza. Highly recommend it.“

“the staff was so friendly and helpful. the restaurant was actually closed, but since they had 2 larger parties still there finishing up they sat us. we felt bad and we told them we would leave and they insisted we stay. we are so glad we did the food was delicious and so flavorful. it was also very reasonably priced for the quality and quantity. we plan to go back and try several other items we saw on the menu.“

“We had a great diner meal with family . Service was very attentive , refreshing our drinks, and made sure we lacked nothing. Food is great, served piping hot, exactly what we came for. “This is mostly a carryout place. We didn't know, so we ordered our pizzas and waited half an hour and ate them at the very small tables. I asked the nice lady with glasses what she recommended and I'm so glad I did: There's a chicken and broccoli pizza that's not even on the menu and it was great! It was a white pizza with not a sauce, but fresh garlic, Parmigiana, and butter but not too much, so very nice. I loved the crust because it was crunchy and so pleasantly chewy at the same time. And what I really, loved was that the kids could each get their own pizza for less than eight bucks each! And they weren't that small either. I am very happy!“

“I’ve tried several different listed vegan pizzas, as well as ones where I added the toppings. Have had the Buffalo tempeh and fried tofu. All excellent and I buy extra vegan ranch as they make it so well. Takeaway only, but well worth it. Even my non-vegan family really enjoy the vegan pizza and apps!“
