I guess I would consider myself a regular as the staff is so friendly and knows my order before I order it. I may not go several times a day but I go at least one today and they are fabulous to me. The staff is always inviting always happy they go as quick as they can go with a very high demand store, and I love it.“

Both were as yummy as when I was a little kid, and glazed donuts were still my 1st favorite.The drive thru employee was very friendly. I've actually never had an unpleasant employee at the Tyler St. Location Drive Thru. Can't say the same for the counter, when I can vividly recall a male worker threatening to, "Kill me" just loud enough for me to hear, but no one else. I'm not the type of person that complains, unless it's a huge deal, and then I'm still apologizing for complaining. I had ordered my cheddar cheese bagel twist toasted w butter, he handed me a bagel twist, just grabbed it off the rack. So I asked him if he would please toast it, and I could have some butter because by the time I got home it would be nasty. So ya, that's where I went too far. I'm just glad I didn't give him a bad haircut!Parking: The drive thru cuts right thru the middle of the parking lot, and the exceptional "Big Brain" drivers can't seem to get the concept of pulling up to the vehicle in front of them. So it happens multiple times a day that the line will be so long, you have a traffic back-up due to cars waiting to turn into the lot, but can't get in, thanks to those considerate drivers waiting, that leave a large space, when there isn't room, it blocksWheelchair accessibility: There are 2 wheelchair parking accessible spots right in the front where the entrance is; there are 2 doors one opens on the right, one on the left. The spaces are in front of each door.“

“I go to this Dunkin' specifically because of the wonderful staff! I usually stop after class and grab something to eat and drink. They always make every order perfect and are super kind and nice. I'll always keep coming back to this Dunkin! :“

“Only visited 2 times in the last 2 weeks and both times I noticed the same person on shift demonstrating what effort, and attention to the customer looks like.( oh and she cooked my food exactly how I articulated it and was not just thrown inside the bag) Impressive. Thank you! I believe her name is jaira. If she it's not a shift leader yet or at least getting parralelle pay to her performance. Would gladly recruit her to our team.I had a picture of the meal to show how it was correctly cooked. The tastes the is so much better when it's cooked thoroughly and ND she understands that.“

“This is an updated dunkin' donuts with new decor. Easy access from a main road and is one of the more consistent dunkins in town. Staff is consistent and works quickly to get orders out. The morning can be very busy and I have witnessed people become overwhelmed with the number of orders but I have had consistent food and my order was always correct.“
