“My fiance and I go to the black and white at least twice a week sometimes more. All of the staff is great from Christina one of the managers to cam and Leann at the bar to all the servers we’ve had. We went in today (may 27) and they were busy as usual but our sever Kylie was fast and effective! It was also my 30th birthday and Kylie went above and beyond to make sure I felt special today. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone“

“Ordered a pizza and a salad for pick up. Order was right on time, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food of course was delicious. Pizza had a bunch of toppings and the chicken on the salad was warm and seasoned well. Will absolutely be on the top of my list for pizza and other bites. Definitely recommend!“

“I was at Bentleys Pub last night Dec 8. My server Debbie was very Friendly and Attentive. She is very nice and saw to my needs. Come and hear Ed Dix do a great job on songs you grew up with (if you’re an old timer like me) or Paul Janowski. The eggplant parm is tops. Also the blackened haddock tacos. And our friend Russ (BIG eater) said that the chicken parm was the best he ever had and the waitress said just about nobody finishes it, but he did. “Another stop from our travels, we took another route from Sturbridge area and we had past this months ago. This time we knew we were headed there, so we wanted to give it a go. Food was good, beverages were good, it was not super busy. The last time we passed this place the lot was pretty busy. We both had the baked stuff haddock with lobster sauce. “Quaint little pizza shop in an older house. Super cute atmosphere. The food was delicious and fresh. I recommend the grilled chicken Ceasar wrap. It is extremely flavorful, and the ingredients are obviously fresh. My family will be back again.“

“My husband and I just had our wedding at J. Anthony's. For such a large and lovely space, they could not be more reasonably priced and easy to work with. The high ceilings and that wall of windows are really a wow factor. They are currently making updates to the event space, so I can only imagine that future events will be even more fabulous. Any time I interacted with staff leading up to the event, they were so upbeat and enthusiastic. Being pleasant is obviously a part of working in the restaurant industry, but everyone always felt genuinely excited for us, which made us even more excited as the big day drew near.

We live nearby, so we already knew that they had wonderful food. We got compliments from guests on all of it, but the most talked-about items were the beef and the stuffed shells. So many people told me they regretted not requesting more stuffed shells. They really were amazing; I could have eaten an entire plate of them! A dessert was included in our package -- we chose apple crisp and it was delicious. But we also brought in apple cider donuts from a local orchard. Abbey (the event manager) was super accommodating. We just dropped them off in the morning and then arrangements of donuts on beautiful gold chargers were placed at each table during the evening.

One other point of note was how lovely the event staff was! My husband and I had multiple guests comment to us throughout the evening about the wonderful service staff. I can't imagine that is something typically noticed or commented upon at a large event, so it just highlights how personable and accommodating they all were. I was able to chat with some of the servers toward the end of the evening and they were all so kind and complimentary, it made my night even more special.“

We have been there for lunch twice. The service is very prompt and very friendly. They are also very understandable.

The food is very tasty. I wish they had sushi though since it’s Asian fusion. However, they have boba tea 🧋 which is awesome.

“Last night my son ordered a three topping pizza and an order of Bbq wings via the Dominos app on his phone. When the order arrived, it still needed to be paid for so I answered the door give cash to the driver. When I saw the total I was surprised at how much it was. For two items, it came to $35. Seemed steep to me. I questioned the charges and the driver, Henry, said instead of me paying cash, he would go back to the restaurant and see if there were any coupons or promos that would apply to the order. I gave him my phone number and within ten minutes he called to offer me a discount. I was surprised and grateful for the extra effort he offered to me. I wasn’t even able to tip him once he ran my credit card over the phone and he told me “it’s okay, don’t worry about it.” I plan to stop by the location to give him a cash tip and thank him in person for his excellent customer service and consideration. I hope he’s always the driver that comes when my son orders from that location.“
