“Clean location, friendly staff, just a little on the slower side for food orders went in on a Sunday morning around 9:15. I ordered a plain bagel and for some reason it took more than 10 minutes and there was no one in front of me in line. Seems as though the women making the food just didn't see it and then when she did, she slowly prepared it. Not the most efficient if you want to get in and then out, but I'll still go back.“

“Like someone else pointed out, I go out of my way to also come to this Dunkin. It is always clean and the staff is friendly. Notably, Julie, who makes my drinks to perfection every time. She deserves every promotion there is because she knows exactly what she's doing -- absolute perfection every time. This has been the most consistent in quality I've seen and if I could give it more than 5 stars, I would, just for Julie.“

“We were heading to Mass Eye and Ear Tues. before last, stopped in to the Stoneham D+D around 9:45, for a quick sandwich and coffee. Service was efficient and received ething in a reasonable time. To the very impatient woman that came in shortly after (spouting off about being late for work) and others like her. Maybe if you planned your time more accordingly, you wouldn't be blaming others, for your own faults. TREAT OTHERS AS YOU EXPECT TO BE TREATED AND THE WORLD.... MIGHT BE A BETTER PLACE.“

“Samina was very kind and gave great service, she was working all alone doing both the drive through and the walk ins all on her own but she did great and was very friendly. Dunkin’ Donuts should let her close the drive through if something like this happens, please recognize her for her hard work.“

“The best honey dipped yeast donuts Ive tried so far. Fun specials and unique items, friendly service from all staff. Clean facility. I have to go back to try more donuts and all their coffee flavors like Banana. The muffins looked out of this world too.“

“This is how you make a donut. Unpretentious, substantial, and consistent, and most importantly delicious. The honey dews (chocoloate in particular) are the gold srandard. This place is such a gem. Sadly, I no longer live closeby, but I go out of my way to get them any time I'm in the boston area“
