“Clean location, friendly staff, just a little on the slower side for food orders went in on a Sunday morning around 9:15. I ordered a plain bagel and for some reason it took more than 10 minutes and there was no one in front of me in line. Seems as though the women making the food just didn't see it and then when she did, she slowly prepared it. Not the most efficient if you want to get in and then out, but I'll still go back.“

“Samina was very kind and gave great service, she was working all alone doing both the drive through and the walk ins all on her own but she did great and was very friendly. Dunkin’ Donuts should let her close the drive through if something like this happens, please recognize her for her hard work.“

“Like someone else pointed out, I go out of my way to also come to this Dunkin. It is always clean and the staff is friendly. Notably, Julie, who makes my drinks to perfection every time. She deserves every promotion there is because she knows exactly what she's doing -- absolute perfection every time. “I walked in and the place is very clean. As I got to the register, I was greeted with a hello. I asked the flavors of their coolattas and he started naming them. I got blue raspberry with whip cream. All employees are very friendly and attentive. I will definitely return to this location even though it is farther away than the one on Franklin Street, Stoneham.“

“Just went here for the first time ever and WOW! First off, omg amazing donuts - I've had a lot of donuts and these are sooo good, they have just moved to the top of my book! Second, everyone in there (and waiting on the sidewalk) was so friendly! It is like this place emits good vibes and puts everyone in a good mood. A truly wonderful experience! Oh and third, surprisingly good coffee - you never know what you are going to get from a basic drip coffee maker but it was good! Thank you all for turning my grumpy morning (I had forgotten my coffee at home, which was the whole reason I went in there in the first place) into a lovely day!“

“I went in just to ask what they would recommend and one of the employees put a warm honey dip right in my hand, seems like the perfect way to start a forever friendship. Absolutely a must if you're in the area, friendly service, great donuts, perfect grill cheese and also friendly locals being helpful, I'll definitely be back but with stretchy pants 😁“
