I didn’t catch his name but a gentleman with tattoos helped me out and was quick, extremely nice and when I went outside to eat, he brought me a glass of ice water! “I write this review mostly to illustrate a potentially bad situation that was made right by the staff. I had ordered a 12-inch sub online late this afternoon, and when I arrived to pick it up, it was only a 6-inch sub. However, upon pointing this out to the friendly woman at the counter, she apologized promptly and noted the confusion on the way the order may have been interpreted from the receipt. She then offered to make me a second 6-inch sub to rectify the situation and did so promptly. As I told her, I wasn't trying to give her a hard time, and she was doing exactly the right thing given the circumstances. I rate a mistake that is promptly fixed as the highest form of customer service. Hence, this is mostly a review to say that at least at this location, there is at least one person who deserves praise.“

“Located in the Nouria gas station store in Turners/Great Falls, but don't let that turn you off, as this may be the closest thing to a Raising Cane's in this part of the state.

Everything tastes great, though the price is a bit steep; hopefully KFC's absence and the smaller presence of this place can open a door for competition in the area. Either way, it's a hidden gem worth dusting off.
