“Absolutely NOT !!! We ordered our food before 3 other customers who came in to eat in like us . I ordered a chicken salad my husband ordered a cheeseburger sub waited 20 mins still no food but the other 3 customers got their food one had a pizza one had chicken finger dinner and one had a steak and cheese. All of which were as quick as our order but i believe a pizza and fried chicken wings should of taken longer then a cheeseburger 🍔“

“Dinner on Wednesday, chicken special was amazing. Dinner Thursday was the antipasto and pizza special! Best pizza I have had in awhile. The cheese was delicious and we ordered the Mama pizza, ricotta, eggplant, cheese, and meatball. We asked they add red sauce and they did. Both of us enjoyed it. Waitstaff both night were there every time you finished something, polite, attentive and it was a pleasure to see quick service. “We've been going to Via since they opened. The recent menu changes were disappointing. Our favorite menu items were gone. The Fonduta of Italian cheeses and the veal scallopine are no longer offered and the short ribs, although still very good, are served with tortellini now, which I don't think is an improvement. Also notable is the servers at the Worcester restaurant group restaurants all seem to be new and the team serving dynamic is not as it used to be, either. We were told that there is a new head Chef, but rather than adding new menu items, they seem to have just removed some of the best ones.“

“We had our wedding rehearsal dinner/welcome party upstairs at Nuovo in August of 2022 which included almost 100 people. We could not be happier with our choice!!! The food and drinks are excellent and the staff are so hard-working and friendly. The owners are phenomenal and genuinely care about the happiness and satisfaction of their guests. We discussed our vision for the evening with Loreta in advance and she sure did help us achieve it. We had our own bar and servers, as well as a solo live singer we hired who they were easily able to accommodate. Loreta was incredibly responsive, kind, helpful, and patient. My family and I have also had dinner here and we just can’t say enough about how wonderful our several experiences have been. We will absolutely make the trip to Worcester to go back. Huge thanks to Loreta and all the other amazing staff for helping us create beautiful memories. We would HIGHLY recommend Nuovo to anyone!!“

Not sure when I will get to Worcester, MA again but I will definitely visit La Cuchina. As a bonus, my server was a gentle soul, Michael. Extremely attentive and generous with his time and suggestions. “We're relatively new to central MA and this is the best pizza we've found in the area, especially when we ask for extra sauce. Inside is really nice too, and staff were patient when we were in the bar area with our two little kids. We've had a few small hiccups with orders, but they're good about resolving them, and often do it proactively, which we greatly appreciate (i.e. we screwed something up, we too X dollars off your bill).“

“My husband and I just had our wedding at J. Anthony's. For such a large and lovely space, they could not be more reasonably priced and easy to work with. The high ceilings and that wall of windows are really a wow factor. They are currently making updates to the event space, so I can only imagine that future events will be even more fabulous. Any time I interacted with staff leading up to the event, they were so upbeat and enthusiastic. Being pleasant is obviously a part of working in the restaurant industry, but everyone always felt genuinely excited for us, which made us even more excited as the big day drew near.

We live nearby, so we already knew that they had wonderful food. We got compliments from guests on all of it, but the most talked-about items were the beef and the stuffed shells. So many people told me they regretted not requesting more stuffed shells. They really were amazing; I could have eaten an entire plate of them! A dessert was included in our package -- we chose apple crisp and it was delicious. But we also brought in apple cider donuts from a local orchard. Abbey (the event manager) was super accommodating. We just dropped them off in the morning and then arrangements of donuts on beautiful gold chargers were placed at each table during the evening.

One other point of note was how lovely the event staff was! My husband and I had multiple guests comment to us throughout the evening about the wonderful service staff. I can't imagine that is something typically noticed or commented upon at a large event, so it just highlights how personable and accommodating they all were. I was able to chat with some of the servers toward the end of the evening and they were all so kind and complimentary, it made my night even more special.“

“I went here with a group of my friends and the waitress named Patty was so kind, caring and compassionate. she deserves he world and was one of the kindest people we have ever met. We even got a picture with her. In case there are more than one Pattys this one had brownish hair and in her late sixties to early seventies. she honestly made my week!“

“We were out of town and it was our 51st wedding anniversary. Finding a restaurant that was open on a Monday wasn't easy but Leo's turned out to be close to our hotel and the food was very good. We shared a special antipasto, he had fettuccine alfredo with chicken and I had eggplant stuffed with ricotta with linguine. Portions were large so we only finished half but took the leftovers to go. Service was slow but friendly. Most of the room was a bar and nearly all the tables were high tops because they had a large party coming in that used all the low tables, but they found a regular table and chairs for us (climbing onto a tall chair would have been difficult). The waitstaff wore shirts that said the restaurant has been there since 1910 so that's pretty impressive.“

Personally, I would go buy Indian food elsewhere where it’s not as expensive for the portion size. Though the butter chicken was really good.
