“visited the Salem Willows location for the first time the other night, as a person with allergies I was thrilled to be able to enjoy the Vegan cookies and creme with GF Oreos 😍 delicious! And the staff was amazing, TJ answered all my allergy questions with a smile, really helpful, and Olivia gave us gorgeous cups of ice cream that were perfectly scooped, not always the case when you get ice cream on a hot day, so thank you to you both 🥰❤️“

“Stumbled upon this place by accident. Traveling through the area on vacation and happened to stop for sandwiches a few shops down. Had a hankering for something sweet and was pleased that this place was only a few stops down. The amount of flavors truly makes me want to stay and just try them all. Can confirm the almond joy in a sugar cone and the banana in a waffle cone are both delicious. Banana tastes like actual banana and the almond joy did not skimp on the mix ins.“

I took off one star cause the ice cream is close to being perfect, but not quite. The cookie dough ice cream just simply didn’t have enough cookie dough bites in it. We all know those are the best part so what are we skimping for!

The cake batter ice cream had too many sprinkles for my taste. It’s already a very sweet flavor so it would be nice to have the option to add sprinkles instead.

On the other hand, the fruit and sorbet style flavors were perfection!

Last point, the employees all seemed like they hated their lives here. I respect that ofc cause I’ve worked many jobs that I hate, but it gave me the sense something could be done behind the scenes to make it a better work environment.

I don’t mean to sound too harsh cause clearly this place is great! But that’s my two cents, keep going!“

“i got richie,s slush for the first time this year, I was so excited!, but then i noticed i think richie's slush changed their recipe for their slush. it just dont taste the same. I found them at Raynham Market Basket 4 for $5. Only trouble the flavor are limited. So I run to other all market basket stores around to find different flavors.. the Product is Super hit this season and I bet it will go fast this summer.. Proper pepperoni-pepperoni pizza with burrata and hot honey (my favorite one) Cheese and Milanese- cheese pizza with chicken cutlet and red peppers. We also wanted to try the arancini- made with prosciutto instead of ground beef. You can take it to go but we decided to stay and eat. Beautifully decorated. I got the strawberry & coconut flavor and loved it, especially when they added the leche condensada on top. 10/10 recommend!“
