“Last night I had the pleasure of visiting Volo Craft Pizza in Swampscott, MA — and wow, what an experience! 🌊🍕 The ambiance right by the water is beautiful, with Boston’s skyline in the distance, and the service made us feel right at home. Owners Pina and Tony are so warm and personable — it truly feels like family when you’re there. Now, the food… absolutely incredible. Having grown up with New York City parents (and with my own background working in a pizza restaurant), I know good pizza when I taste it — and this was next-level. Their Detroit-style Double Trouble pizza with hot honey was out of this world. 🍯🔥 The Caesar salad with fresh-grated cheese was crisp and flavorful, and don’t even get me started on the cannolis with chocolate chips and lemon — pure heaven. 🍋🍫 I’d happily drive 35 minutes any day for this. The pizzas are clearly made with love, and I can’t wait to bring my parents back to try it. If you’re anywhere near the North Shore (or even if you’re not) — do yourself a favor and try Volo. Only constructive feedback would be to double check online orders please. Frequently I've ordered extra chicken or other simple additions during times that is not busy and found they were not added.

“Asia Mei is easily one of the best Chefs in Boston. I've eaten here several times, but I can't believe that I haven't written a review before now! My husband and I had brunch at moonshine 152 last weekend and told friends about it. Next thing you know, the four of us were in there around noon time today having brunch again. We shared three starters, alongside sharing all four entrées and everything, I mean everything was to die for! Ms Asia herself delivered some of our plates and she is just as delightful as she is talented. Needless to say, dinner is amazing here as well. The vibe in the restaurant is so easy and you can tell that the staff get along very well together. What I can't believe is how this place wasn't fully packed today or last weekend even. Definitely a good amount of patrons, but I've had brunch at places that are hard to get into and left much less satisfied.“

“Service was quick and effecient. Wait staff gave me a great recommendation for lunch. The short rib curry was delicious; came with rice. Dining area was small, but single seats long the window were open. Price for the entree was $22, but short ribs don't come cheap. The meat fell off the bones, and it made a tasty curry! There were also peas and peppers in the curry. Spice level was perfect, big flavor, not heat.“

“My wife and I ate there recently the meal was phenomenal. I had the double cut veal with a mushroom demi. The veal was so tender and juicy, it was the best I have ever had. My wife had the seafood alfredo and has not stopped talking about it since. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. The chef even stopped by the table to check in on things. He gave me a couple of techniques on how things were put together. An exceptional experience from the moment I walked in the door. Thank You to everyone who made it happen!“

“my wife, kids and I enjoyed the "Gnocchetti", (Red wine braised short rib, root vegetables, Parmesan) "Fettucinne", (Black truffle butter, wood fire roasted mushrooms, asparagus, shallots, Parmesan) & "Pollo Arrosto", (Roast chicken breast, bacon, mozzarella, pesto) on Sept 28th 2025 & this made our day! I really recommend the Gnocchetti!! I had never had this and our server took the time to explain it to us. I glad he did bc when we come back this will be my favorite. “The food at the Shy Bird in Fenway was absolutely delicious, especially the Chicken Dunks with the homemade sauce dips they were all so good we couldn't choose a favorite and the butternut soup was absolutely incredible, with its little kick of spice and sunflower seeds! Our server was top-notch,very attentive, friendly and made excellent recommendations. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a special occasion. The flavors were perfectly balanced and the presentation was beautiful, and the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience. I have been to many Iranian restaurants, from LA to Watertown and this place was magnificent. Nice clean place. The food was great. But if you are in a rush to eat, you better get some patience. It takes time for that good food to come to your table, but when it does, you better take a deep breath and enjoy it.

“I got the sweet chili plate didn’t think the food would be that good from the photos on the app, let alone nice sauces would be served with it, decided to try for the low price of it when signing up, and I was pleasantly suprised. The food was filling, healthy, and had spices and herbs making it really tasty. Tofu was cooked well too“
