“Me and my daughter stopped at the donut star today on the way to the orthodontist. The food was delicious, everything was crisp and delicious from the pancake to the homefries. Sausage links were great and so was the eggs. Everything had very good flavor and me and my daughter walked in hungry and left full and happy. “Best gourmet donuts! We found out about this place because our local farm sells their peaches to this shop for their donuts and were recommended by them! If you know they use in season fruits from your local farms for their donut filling you already know its a winner. We didnt meet the opening time for the donuts so the selections were low but they were kind enough to fill it w exactly what i wanted which was strawberry guava! In their brioche donut. Their seasonal flavor! If you want a specific flav follow their instagram for their seasonal flavors since they change it up frequently and go early because they sell out!“

“I just had some of the best tasting pancakes in a long time!I was hesitant to order pancakes togo, but was craving so I figured I'd give it a try! I ordered a 2 stack of chocolate chip and they were amazing, plenty of chocolate chips, it wasn't dry they added complimentary syrup and butter and only for 5~ dollars. It's a real doughnut you get a bagel it's a real bagel you get a cinnamon roll you get a good size cinnamon roll, you get iced coffee you're going to get real coffee you might pay a little bit more for them but it's well worth it to go there. My wife and I hate Dunkin and we will never step foot in one of them unless we have no choice. We prefer honey to donuts over at Dunkin any day of the week. We drive almost 3 hours to visit this Honey Dew because not only are the donuts fresh daily and baked right there not frozen but because of the staff members they employ. “BY FAR THE BEST D&D in the area. The service is always excellent and the staff is always very pleasant to deal with. Food and drinks are always consistently good and fresh. “My go to!! I usually go between 5 and 2 and the staff is incredible. They always come say hi at the window and are very friendly. One person had made my drink wrong, the lady at the window noticed it didn’t look like my usual, and fixed it! Love love love the morning staff. I had one bad experience, last night I was waiting at the speaker for 5 minutes at least, I finally drove up to the window and the older lady seemed upset at me. Her headset was not even on her, she was talking to someone in the lobby, and told me the headset didn’t ring? I saw that it was not on. That’s my only bad experience here, but expected with night shift most places.“

“This is always been my favorite Dunkin in Ashland as it’s so convenient to stop on the way to work, but lately my drink has been missing the extra espresso shot I always order. I’ve mentioned this to an employee, and they said I should order an espresso shot, but did not notice that I did, and always do. It’s really a bummer because it’s so disappointing to see a milky drink and the ratio is off completely. It wasn’t bothering me the first few times but now it’s super frustrating and I think I’m going to stop coming here in the mornings. The people are lovely and it does seem like they are just overwhelmed with the amount of drinks coming in. I don’t know if they need more staff or whatever but I totally understand if that’s the case. Although I am empathetic, it’s just really annoying and I don’t want to stay. It ruins the morning, but it definitely is a huge bummer.“

“They don't make the best coffee (sorry guys) but they have the best best best service around. If they don't have the donut you want they will make it for you on the spot without even asking and maybe it's happened to others but when I go to other Dunkins and they're out they are out and don't offer anything. This was a first and my family really appreciated it! They're making minimum wage plus tips so cut them some slack.“
