“I go here at least once every two weeks. It's the only decent Chinese place in the immediate area. A couple favorites are the spicy fish fillet stews with wood ear mushrooms and bamboo, and the pan fried noodles. The staff is really nice and the restaurant is bright and welcoming.“

“I was in a bit of a tight predicament and placed a last minute catering order for 60 employees on a Monday for the following Wednesday. I spoke with Eric, who was kind and an incredible help. He created a menu that was well-rounded, met my budget and had no concerns about the short timeframe. The food was delicious - everyone asked where it was from! The pickup was seamless, with everything being ready to go, well-packaged and there was plenty of food left over for everyone to take home. I was so impressed with Eric's kindness, customer service and quality - I would highly recommend.“

“While searching for a good Chinese restaurant nearby, we came across Westwood Jade in Westwood, MA, and it did not disappoint! The food, prices, and service were all excellent. The pork fried rice was perfectly cooked, soft with no hard grains; chicken wings were tender and flavorful; ribs were just right—not chewy or hard; and the chicken lo mein was saucy, loaded with chicken, and not overly sweet. The crab rangoons were crispy, warm, and had the perfect filling.

“Ordered the lunch special beef and Broccoli. It was a huge portion and the food was delicious. The beef was super tender and flavorful. Egg roll was fresh and full. Owner was super nice and helpful, and even gave me a water bottle because it was so hot out. First time coming, but will definitely be back!“

“This is our go to in the area. I’m not sure if there’s new management or not this last few years or so, but something happened and now the food is magical. There’s a small indoor eating area, but I’ve observed maybe a handful of folks use it in the last 5 years or so. I have seen 10 simultaneous pick up orders crowd the front desk though.“

Their crab rangoons are some of the best (even better than some of the thai restaurants I like), the chicken fingers are always crispy and hot, and the chow fun noodles are always great. I was surprised with the lower rating but I guess you just can't make everyone happy.“

“I moved to this area after being spoiled with the great Chinese restaurants in the Newton/Boston area and having lived in San Francisco for many years with their amazing Asian foods so I was a little skeptical of finding a good place here in Westwood. But this place not only met my expectations but far exceeded them. They do an amazing job with all the basics like lo mien, fried rice and dumplings and their food is consistently fresh and delicious. I’ve never been disappointed and I am definitely a regular. “Having worked in retail/food retail in the past, I could see how swarmed the staff was as soon as my brother and I walked in for our mobile order. I should have figured it was the dinner rush. Despite the large amount of patrons in there, the staff was remaining very calm and efficient. They were like a well oiled machine. Making sure everything was up to high standards, cooked properly and fresh for all of us. Readying orders with available components while they waited on others to be finished. Lev and the rest of the crew were very kind and accommodating. He apologized for the wait, but we were happy to wait. Everything was hot and fresh, and the whole staff was 100% on their game. They really put all of us first and remained focused and kind. The staff really made the experience well worth the wait. I highly recommend this location.“

The people at the front desk are very rude & not at all welcoming, & the take out food was terrible ( no inside dining during CIVID). “Old school place, retro in all the right ways. Went for lunch and we shared a pupu platter and most of it was very good. The chicken fingers were a little over breaded and under seasoned but other than that, the food was good. Prices were reasonable and the service was good.
