“Visited Dudley Chateau for lunch today with my grandson on his half-day of school. What a nice surprise! Service was prompt and there were many lunch choices. Kids menu, too. I'll be back with a friend in a few weeks. Found Dudley Chateau on Goggle looking for places for lunch in Sudbury/Wayland.“

“Food is always delicious though the fries are sometimes overly greasy. The space is always kept clean and it’s usually fairly quiet when I’m there (2/3 pm). I do wish they would put some art on the walls, it’s a bit bland with just a TV on an otherwise blank white wall. Overall I’m consistently satisfied with my meals here.“

In our 6 years of living in the U.S., we had never tried Five Guys - and then a brand new one opened right here in Bedford. Today we finally went for lunch, and it was such a great experience! The burgers were delicious and juicy, the fries perfectly salty (just the way I like them), and the location is super convenient. It’s really nice to see new places opening up in our neighborhood.“

“We had booked 2 separate tables for a birthday and they upgraded us to a private room. Our server was very attentive even though she had a huge party and she did exceptional. A few things were missed but with such a big group and only 1 server I thought she was amazing. I was very satisfied with how they treated us and would recommend people to have their event here.“

“Last year I walked in and the music WAS SO LOUD THAT I HAD TO YELL MY ORDER. I asked if they could turn down the music and was told that there was a camera on the volume knob and if they touch it they get fired. I filled out the 'how was your visit' form on the corporate website and a district manager got back to me and apologized saying that a customer should not have to be subject to such. A month ago the same thing happened, this time I was told that the volume knob was broken. I again filled out the 'how was your visit' form and got zero response. I saw a phone number to call recently and called it and was told that someone would respond to my complaint. Nope. So in about a year they have gone from 'We will listen to our customers' to 'we will ignore our customers'. But the food is still good so there is that.“

“They serve some of the best curly fries I’ve had in Massachusetts- the seasoning was perfect. We only tried four of the wing flavors but all four were excellent. The person working was by herself but was kind and quick and pleasant. Looking forward to going back!“

“This place never disappoints me! Been going here every once and awhile since 2021 and this place is better than most McDonalds locations. The food is always fresh and burning hot, the McFlurrys are perfectly mixed unlike most locations that don’t even care to mix it at all. I have also noticed the ice cream cones have more ice cream than other spots I have been to and they have never messed up one of my orders! “Can you believe this was our first time at a Dairy Queen’s? I personally never thought of coming here because Im not a fan of soft served ice cream. We took our nephews out and wanted a place for them to have Ice Cream and for us to eat something. We had hamburgers and cheese curds and were very pleased, one of our nephews had a blizzard which we also tried and ended up loving it, and our youngest nephew has a nut, dairy, egg allergy and the staff was very nice helping us find something for him.
We will be back soon and I’ll be having a soft serve ice cream just for me next time“

“The food at this Framingham location is noticably better then the Milford one. We went right before midnight Friday and there was only one server that night. He did his best and did a real good job. He was taking care of 6 tables including ours. I hope he gets rewarded by the company.“
