“We ate at Shi Daxia hotpot after our first Red Sox game. It was an amazing end to an amazing day. My son got a baseball at his first Red Sox game. The mascots came up and took photos with us. Then to top it all off, we went to the restaurant at 10pm and they said we could have dinner there quickly. They were so polite about it. The meat at the hotpot was fresh and delicious.

Would I eat there again ? Absolutely !!!“

“The husband and I did an order during their soft open, and it was super good! We have ordered atleast 2-3 more times since the soft open and it's always good! I've tried all their sides, brussels are DELICOUS. Zucchini salad is also VERY good. I do think it has a LOT of almonds, but I could have just gotten a nut heavy scoop, so definitely recommend! We did and sampler platter and the meats are solid. The ribs are THE BEEEEST. pulled pork and brisket is good too. have yet to try the burnt ends, that's my next venture! Overall a great meal. Price wise, it is moderate. price points around the same if not cheaper for most BBQ I've had up here. I'm from the south so prices will never be as cheap as there, but the food, personally, is worth the price.“

I decided on fried chicken and fried vegetable rice, which turned out to be an awesome choice. The rice came out first, and it was fantastic. The chicken was perfectly crisp, just the way I like it, even though I didn't request it that way. The customer service was top-notch—very professional. I only interacted with one staff member, but the service was fast, and I didn't have to wait long for anything. I highly recommend you try their food. I'll definitely be coming back. “Finally, got to try This place. They had soft Opening which was not to best. The ordering process was pretty smooth . The wait was not to long. We got the infamous Sho-Gun Matcha/Vanilla Soft Serve Mix With Edible 24K gold , Maiko Special (Parfait) Hojicha/Strawberry Mix Soft Serve and Matcha Latte Float. Everything was so rich in favor. The matcha favor is probably the best that I had so far. You can taste the quality of the soft serve. It's a bit pricy but worth every penny. Definitely, need to try them out“

I liked it how they had the display of empanada labeled and descriptive. The ones I tried were the Fatay ground beef and Beef Tango. I got to say they were really good. “For years, I breezed past this spot, assuming it was just and old convenience store. Little did I know, I was missing out on some good sandwich deals. A few months back, I discovered they were slinging subs, so I stopped by a couple times to grab some cold subs.

P&K has been a neighborhood fixture for over seven decades, and you can feel that old-school charm the moment you meet the owner. He’s the kind of guy who’s always friendly and never skimps on the toppings—generosity is clearly baked into the business. While the sandwiches aren’t quite the size of Al’s famous subs, they still pack great value, and honestly, they’re hefty enough that I rarely manage to finish one for breakfast. My favorites so far were the seafood salad and the classic Italian sandwich.

Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re looking for no-frills, classic Italian subs. Just keep in mind that the hot subs aren’t usually available until after 10am.“

“Cacao is a small cafe located in Newton Highlands, specializing in chocolate related confectionery and drinks.

We came in during the afternoon, and it was quite busy but the staff were very accommodating and knew the menu quite well, recommending some things to try out. They had a large assortment of pre-assembled goods to buy, such as chocolate covered nuts, as well as hot chocolate mix.

We tried the hot chocolate and the dulce de leche. The portion size was reasonable for the price, and the chocolate was pretty good. The hot chocolate was made primarily of dark chocolate, which isn't my favorite, but turned out to be a good choice as it cooled down and became more rich.

Overall, a great experience and would definitely come back to try again.“

The drink menu offers all the classic boba flavors you'd expect, along with some unique twists like a soda lemonade drink that was super refreshing on a hot day. Beyond the food and drinks, this shop is full of surprises: handmade teas, press-on nails, and original artwork created by the owner, who is an incredible artist. I recently had one of the most, if not the most, delicious pizzas in my life at Pizza By Rocco in Natick, Mass. Even though it may be considered a hidden gem, I doubt it will be considered a hidden gem for much longer as more and more people hear about it and try the food out for themselves!

Each time I have introduced a friend to Rocco's, every single one of them has said that this is some of the best pizza they've ever had.

The crust has that sweet thin crispy taste, and is cooked to perfection. The sauce always has just the right amount and also has a great taste. The toppings are always fresh, more than generous with the amount given, and expertly balanced. In fact, the pizzas and all of the food items in general are more than generous in terms of how much you're getting. In terms of ambiance, although the store is small it still has an inviting and cozy feel to it, and offers some seating outside. Last but certainly not least, the service is no doubt top shelf service. Everyone here is very friendly, attentive, and lightning-fast with their food preparation. Carol, who takes the orders, legitimately sets the very warm and welcoming tone right away with her effortless affability and enthusiastic aura and smile. Red, the pizza/food maker, is a master at his craft and is very personable too. As one can tell simply by the quality of the food, it is clear to see that Red takes his work seriously and is proficient at his job. All of the people who prepare the food here put their strongest efforts into the process; this is food that is made from a place of sincere love!

Rocco himself is at the shop quite often and he goes above and beyond with regards to looking out for his customers. This aspect was something that truly stood out to me about this place and sets Pizza By Rocco above all the rest for me personally. For example, Rocco is very genuine, and is an incredibly generous person and that generosity spills over into his work. His genuine personality is noticeable right away when you meet him. If a customer has any issue with anything, he makes sure to do whatever it takes to ensure said customer is taken care of and leaves the shop happy and satisfied. Not every store owner makes it a point to do things like that. It just goes to show that Rocco and his fellow workers really care about their customers, which is probably why the store has so many repeat and loyal customers.

The menu has your usual favorites/go-to items, but also has some fun and creative specialty options as well. The Buffalo Chicken thin crust pizza is extremely popular and a must try favorite! One of the specialty options that made a great impression on me was the "Typical Johnny," which can best be described as literally a "Big Mac" on a pizza. The only difference is that the Typical Johnny is even better and tastier than an actual Big Mac!

I cannot stress enough how much I recommend Pizza by Rocco for all the pizza lovers out there, and for those who like to support local businesses. I had such a great experience there that I have been back a bunch of times since my first visit. If you come here to try it out, I can guarantee you that you will be coming back for more. It is just *that* good!
