“My name ia Lisa and the Dunkin' location on North Elm Street is truly a gem! Every time I visit, the service is quick, friendly, and efficient. The staff here go above and beyond to make sure every order is accurate and prepared to perfection.
The coffee is always fresh and made just the way I like it. Whether it’s my usual iced coffee or a seasonal favorite, it’s consistently delicious. The donuts and breakfast sandwiches are fresh and satisfying, and I appreciate how clean and well-organized the entire establishment is.
What sets this Dunkin' apart is the positive atmosphere. The staff greet you with smiles, even during the busiest times. The drive-thru is fast, and the orders are always correct—a rarity at some locations.
If you're in Westfield and need your coffee fix or a quick bite, this Dunkin' is the place to go. Highly recommend for excellent service, quality products, and a pleasant experience every time!“
“Not sure about other times of the week, but on weekday mornings, this is the best Dunkin’ in town! They have always gotten my order right, and in a timely and efficient manner, unlike some other Dunkins in Westfield… Stop here on your way to work if you want a quick and hassle-free breakfast :)“
“My favorite dunks. Amazing customer service and always get my order right. Except the rude one that works morning shifts before 7am. I avoid her and go to the other dunks if it's morning and I can. In the afternoon this one is my favorite.“
“I always have a good time at Dunkin. Whenever I need a coffee quick, I always choose Dunkin’ Donuts. Manny does a great job running these. I’ve been to Dunkin’ Donuts all over the United States and Manny without question runs the best of them all. Keep up the good work“
“I usually just get a coffee in the morning, sometimes the donuts, but i have no issues with anything i recieve, i get everything quickly, the staff is friendly and the manager is very nice when dealing with a mistake. I recommend this dunkin over the ones in westfield.“
“Ordered donuts & munchkins for myself & my toddler, who loves donuts (just as much as Life itself). Both were as yummy as when I was a little kid, and glazed donuts were still my 1st favorite. The drive thru employee was very friendly. I've actually never had an unpleasant employee at the Tyler St. Location Drive Thru. Can't say the same for the counter, when I can vividly recall a male worker threatening to, "Kill me" just loud enough for me to hear, but no one else. Was I being a total Karen about the level of cream in my coffee? How about a rogue sprinkle touching my bagel? Nope! I'm not the type of person that complains, unless it's a huge deal, and then I'm still apologizing for complaining. I had ordered my cheddar cheese bagel twist toasted w butter, he handed me a bagel twist, just grabbed it off the rack. So I asked him if he would please toast it, and I could have some butter because by the time I got home it would be nasty. So ya, that's where I went too far. I'm just glad I didn't give him a bad haircut!
Parking: The drive thru cuts right thru the middle of the parking lot, and the exceptional "Big Brain" drivers can't seem to get the concept of pulling up to the vehicle in front of them. So it happens multiple times a day that the line will be so long, you have a traffic back-up due to cars waiting to turn into the lot, but can't get in, thanks to those considerate drivers waiting, that leave a large space, when there isn't room, it blocks
Wheelchair accessibility: There are 2 wheelchair parking accessible spots right in the front where the entrance is; there are 2 doors one opens on the right, one on the left. The spaces are in front of each door.“
