“My adult daughters and I stayed down the street for a week so were able to visit The back eddy a couple of times. The food and service were great. The second time I really wanted a lobster so spent the $45!! However, for that price I’m surprised they can’t throw in fries and coleslaw!!! Ridiculous“

The carpaccio was the best we’ve had, and the gluten-free s’mores dessert was absolutely delicious—a perfect ending to the meal. “We just had the most amazing pastry from Sweet Rose—made with zucchini, of all things! I’ve never had zucchini taste this good (sorry, Mom!). Light, flavorful, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet, just right. Huge compliments to the bakers for turning a humble veggie into something so delicious. This was easily one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend this bakery. We’ll definitely be back soon!“

How do truly feel and review a classic restaurant like this when the business has been sold. Our experiences and this cuisine is non transferable. There is no other Polish food in this area like this and therefore its a real loss. Too sad as we are going miss this.

My first time having their food I had no clue how good it was going to be, the flavor was incredible and the food was freshly prepared and properly cooked!! The place is clean, and the staff are very friendly and kind and hardworking people! They make all their food cooked to order and guarantee that it is freshly made! I’m so happy I took the chance to try this food because it was so tasty and delicious and I ate every bite! I got the Katsu Poke Bowl and let me tell you it’s delicious and a must try if you’ve never had Umami’s food before! Whatever the recipe for this chicken is it’s perfect! The chicken is perfectly cooked perfectly and lightly breaded and the food it comes with is healthy and clean and fresh! “Pa Raffa's has the best thin crust pizza in New Bedford! The linguica is so delicious. Our new fave is the pepperoni though! This week I got an order of lasagna with meat sauce and it was a really good size portion! It was just as delicious as I remembered it!
The take-out service is always fast & friendly!
Placing a order over the phone is quick and easy.
Their pricing is reasonable and the food is well worth it.

“Yesterday my mom, son and I went to eat at the sail loft. The food and service was absolutely amazing. I had ordered a to go dinner for my husband and when I got it home to him, his chicken seemed raw. I called them just to let them know what had happened. They offered to replace the meal and deliver it to us! They were so accommodating and even gave us a gift card to come back. AMAZING service that you don’t always get these days. “Every time I come up to this area- we make sure to get Harry’s for breakfast! The service is super fast - the restaurant has an old school diner feel while still being clean and well-maintained. Now the food?? Amazing. You cannot, absolutely cannot, miss their chicken Mozambique omelette with potatoes- I’m drooling just thinking about it honestly. Everyone does hype that up, yes, but other menu items are just as delicious - I particularly enjoy their French toast. Do yourself a favor and eat here.“

“I decided to treat myself and come on a little solo vacation. This is such an accommodating warm spot. Evan and the whole staff treated me with such kindness as I was dining by myself in the busy summer season the mussels were amazing ! The lobster bisque is not to be missed and the local Winery three thieves was delicious. I recommend this place highly !“

“The food here is very good and atmosphere is quaint. Can’t beat the baked goods either! My one constructive criticism is the plating of the sandwiches could use a bit of help. If you order a sandwich, that’s exactly what you’ll get and it will be tasty but adding a pickle spear and a handful of potato chips would make all the difference in the world in the presentation. Either that or serve sandwiches on smaller plates bc they look lonely on the larger ones. Thank you.“

“Everything I have ordered is perfection. Love the food and service with a smile. The only thing I have an issue with is the app. I changed my phone number and it won’t allow me to update it. It’s a gray field with no option to change it so I will need to delete my account and loose points and have to create a new account. Other than that I have no complaints and I’m happy with them“

“Local Korean Spot — First time visiting and I can definitely say that it is the best Korean restaurant in town. The food was amazing a solid 5/5! The last time I visited I said the customer service could be improved however we came to eat dinner a few days ago and they really did improve their customer service — The waiter & waitress came to check on us every 5-7 minutes. Our food was ready pretty fast. Other than that the owner is very welcoming & thoughtful. We couldn’t figure out how to cut our beef ribs and he gave us tips. He also made sure we were okay every here and then. I will definitely come back!! Highly recommend this restaurant!“
