“Happened upon the Square Deli when a friend were in Chelsea for a medical test. OMGOODNESS. It was amazing. The menu was huge and so were the sandwiches. We had a Reuben and Paisano with lotsa fresh ingredients including yummy fresh bread. Served with homemade chips and pickles. Enough for 2 meals or to split if we agreed on the sandwich, lol. The owner was SO nice and friendly and accommodating. We opted for take out containers for another meal and the chocolate chip (homemade & huge) again with a great balance of soft in the middle and crispy on edges. They have been working on their cookies for a while, so they say, I think it's by far the best cookie I have ever had! hopefully don't have to go back for medical tests but would definitely field trip for their pizza next which has won many awards.“

“OMG, The italian sub is full and I mean full of top quality meats. If you order a large you can not finish it in 1 sitting. I always thought New Deal in Revere set the bar on Italian subs but Anthonys takes the prize on this one. PS. I heard the eggplant parm sub is also the best you ever had! “Upon entering, you're greeted by a welcoming atmosphere and an inviting fresh salad bar, offering a wide selection of items. While I initially had to wait to place my order for something hot to complement my meal, a staff member soon noticed me and took my order. I filled my plate from the salad bar and received my order, which included two orders of fries, two salads, and a hot sandwich. The wait to pay was brief, and I found the price quite reasonable for lunch for two, totaling around $40. Based on this pleasant experience, I'll definitely be returning“

“A good North Shore-style roast beef sandwich on a toasted, sesame seed bun (Big Martys?), not soggy, thinly sliced. Ask for double horseradish sauce (or anything you want). Not fancy, an old-school hole in the wall, just quick and good. Limited seating, easy parking in front (small strip mall). Used to work nearby, and this was a regular for lunch. Stopped by recently and it's still the same.“

“The 2 dudes behind the counter were working so freaking hard to get orders out. I felt so bad, made me want to apron up and help! They had a good number of tickets, people walking in, and the other customers were getting annoyed, maybe not verbally, but the symphony of sighs spoke volumes. Get them more help, cause they definitely needed atleast one more person. I'm a General Manager and it was lowkey upsetting to watch them get wrecked like that.Foods always amazing!!! “I love going alone and with friends/family. The store is very welcoming and has amazing decor. Both the sandwich’s and ice cream are amazing in my experience. Prices are reasonable Very thankful to have such a lovely place in Reading :)Vegetarian options: I get a veggie sandwich, I don’t believe there is a vegetarian protein option. Person working there was very kind to make sure not to charge me for meat as the “make your own sandwich” option automatically adds a meat charge.“

“My aunt gave me her leftover fries I didn’t even order from here-so I got them after she finished her meal and couldn’t finish the fries-and it was a small so that tells you how big a small is-and let me tell you they were the BEST fries I’ve ever had. Not a single one was overdone or inedible or even ugly-they were all crispy and delicious-that’s a difficult thing to achieve-crispy fries 30 min after leaving the counter! If their fries are good I can only assume the rest is too! My aunts been a customer for years I only wish she shred her fries with me a long time ago!“

“Best breakfast place in all of Massachusetts I'd say. So many different varieties of sandwhiches and subs I haven't tried any so far that I've disliked. My favorite menu items are the bacon bboy and the clogger. The sauce that comes with these sandwiches the jacobs river is actually fuckin fire I could prolly drink that shit . Definitely recommend. “This place has paninis and they r good. Every time I go with my younger siblings they are so kind and give the kids something in the house like cookies, chips and all. I believe they have seafood too. My mom loves seafood it's hard to find the best seafood in this area especially the fresh ones I heard from the girls at the front. The seafood is fresh I have to buy my mom some seafood sometime very soon. And on top of that I have got a pizza with pineapple, jalapeno and Alfredo sauce. Trust me that was awesome and I heard that the Alfredo sauce is homemade The spices in the sauce are the best match to my palate. I hope they have some more desserts too like pies and all. Would definitely go to this place again.“

“This specific location was by far my favorite experience EVER! The staff was smiling from the moment my son and I walked into the building. We were greeted with positive attitudes, and taken care of as if we were the only customers there. Which by the way, the shop filled up immediately during a lunch rush and the vibe stayed 100% perfect. Richard went out of his way to show how easy it is to spread joy! I was super impressed with the fresh food and the joy that my son and I both received while watching this particular staff work! Thank you so much for making our day SUPER!!! “Stopped by here to grab some sandwiches to go for my son and myself on a busy, activity packed Saturday.We got an Italian and a Roast Beef and Turkey on heroes. Very generous portions, packed with fresh crispy lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Nice pickles and hot peppers too, upon request.Very satisfying sandwich.There were 3 families seated enjoying sandwiches and the sandwiches all looked delicious. The pastrami also smelled delicious. I have to go back there to try it next time. :)“

“We got there at close to closing, as we had been shopping all day and needed supper. I had told my bf how great Papa Ginos was and if it's open we need to go. (We are from Canada, but Papa Ginos has always been a stop in my visits)The lady working was soo friendly and turned out a pizza quickly. Crust was amazing, as was the sauce. “The subs are really good. The bread is soft baked. We got the steak and cheese, grilled chicken, and the Mediterranean with falafel in it. The highlight for me was the cinnamon bun though. It was one of the best cinnamon buns I've ever had store bought. Soft baked, nothing crispy or dry, generous amount of frosting. Could use more cinnamon sugar mix, but still, the best.“

“I used go to there in the 1980s when I was in high school. Just went there today after 35 years to show my daughter and still the best deli. The store is now much bigger than it was 35 years ago with a lot more variety of things. So happy it is still there.“

You might think subs, but I've done nothing but work my way through all the great "Spanish" items: tacos, burritos, pupusas, empanadas and chicharron, which is like a super-charged bacon. :) Love their tacos al pastor as well! Also "Salvadoran enchiladas", which might be thought of as deluxe tostadas. Small set of tables to dine there if you want, but I've only gotten mine to go.“

“100/10 would recommend this place! The workers are great and really make sure to stuff every piece of lettuce and toppings that you get back into the sandwich. The food making station is clean and the workers make sure to switch gloves and wash the knifes between the sandwiches.“

“I have to say my favorites are chick,broccoli &cities w/Alfredo. Grilled ham&cheese w/tomato and super beef w/ attached sauce & mayo. Delivery is always about 15-20mins so everything is hot and customer service is top notch! I highly recommend Kippos I'd say It's the best in Wakefield by far! Prices are fair as well if you haven't tried them yet make sure you do! ??❤️“
