“I have had enough of the Winchester Dunkin’ Donuts I go there almost 5 times a week I Order 2 coffees leave 2 dollars tip ,if not no less than 1 dollar tip I went today the boy working said when he saw me 2 whatever I get ,he made it I myself grabbed a tray he put the 2 drinks down but not in the tray,I asked him could you please put them in the tray he said no you do it .I was stunned to believe I heard him ,I asked him again he said no you do it is said but I tipped you he replied that’s no my job I then asked him what is your job why should I tip you ..he then told me I was Rudy I was d*** founded couldn’t believe what he said .I want to go to social meadia and see what everyone thinks this kid shakes me down for a tip everytime“

“The donuts are amazing but this review is for Ruben, the manager at the Rt 1 location. I had to travel for business today and it happens to also be my son’s 15th birthday. Because my son has celiac disease, options for baked goods is limited, especially when your plane lands at 6:30pm on the big day and gluten free options aren’t known to last long once baked. Unfortunately, living in Southern New Hampshire, delivery via UberEats or GrubHub wasn’t an option But, being a father himself, Ruben kindly offered to deliver them personally after work. This man went above and beyond, first driving home to pick up his kids. You see, his wife needed to get to her job so he brought his kids along for the adventure. In addition, he refused all forms of tipping despite my repeated insistence. He explained that he hopes someone would do the same for his kids if he was in my position and, as the manager, he felt compelled to make it happen. Ruben, you’re an angel, one in a million, an amazing human! I hope you receive back the blessing you bestowed on me and my son 10-fold! Thank you isn’t enough. To those reading this, please leave an extra big tip for Ruben next time you stop in. I sure will be.“

Second, everyone in there (and waiting on the sidewalk) was so friendly! It is like this place emits good vibes and puts everyone in a good mood. A truly wonderful experience! Was still a phenomenal donut with a pillowy inside that was packed with flavor. I’m pretty sure we got a lemon coconut brioche one. Also ordered a hot chai and latte, both of which were amazing in flavor as well. Note that certain drinks you add sugar to yourself which makes it very customizable to each person’s liking. “Staff were polite and efficient when I popped in here after a hike at the Breakheart Reservation. We also tried the ghost pepper donut and it's hard to describe properly. The texture of the ghost pepper sprinkles(?) is similar to pop rocks. The heat is very mild and I wouldn't even call it spicy. The frosting is probably strawberry but we're not sure. It works and they balance each other out. An interesting experience but I'll probably stick with jam the next time.“

“The ladies in the morning drive thru are very friendly and easy to converse with. My orders were always correct. I did get the bagel everything bites that were hot on the outside and cold on the inside. My lattes were great. Prices are good. Speed of service was good. Definitely enjoyed using the drive thru.“
