“We found Catering by Terrie while searching for local caterers for our unexpectedly rushed wedding. Most catering companies declined the request as the wedding was planned for less than two months away. Terrie not only agreed to work within the limited schedule, but also adapted some of the dishes from her catering menu to accommodate some of our guests with restrictions. Terrie’s team was punctual, polite, and professional. The food was fantastic, and by the end of the evening all the guests were well-fed. Many compliments were received on the charcuterie board, curry noodle bowls, coconut shrimp, chicken parmesan sliders, and many others. Set-up and take-down also went without a hitch. With all of the headache and stress that went into a wedding planned on such short notice, Terrie and her team graciously handled one of the biggest aspects, and helped to make the day as perfect as we could have hoped.“

“First visit today, although we live somewhat in the neighborhood and I am already kicking myself for not having got here sooner. Red tabbouleh spicing was very punchy and vivid. Allspice in the stuffed grape leaves make them worth coming back for, not something I think I've ever said about stuffed grape leaves before. Most unforgettable was the red lentil soup with its soft rich velvety texture over two or three layers of different delicious flavors. Great first impression, can't wait to go back, solid A leaning toward A+.“

Vincent catered a 75th birthday BBQ for us, (50+ guests) and from start to finish, it was a totally phenomenal job! From the amazing food, to the service, to the value for the money, we can't even begin to say enough good things about the whole experience. This was the second time we've used Bianco Custom Catering, and most definitely won't be the last. The comments from our guests were all A++ on the food, service, staff, the clean-up, and there were plenty of left-overs for us to enjoy later. “We had a wonderful time with Chef Jason! We were impressed from start to finish. He was professional and a good human. He had menu selection google meet up w/me prior to my husband's birthday surprise as well as a kitchen walk through to make sure I had all the necessary equipment. Anything I did not have, he offered to bring. The food was delicious, each course built on one another and left us wanting more. Anything we did not eat was packaged up so there was no food waste, which I really appreciated. Leftovers heated up nicely as well. What I loved about this was it was a total surprise to my husband and he kept saying how he never would have gotten this experience and felt this special in a restaurant. Chef Jason made that happen. For the quality of food and professionalism, I thought the price tag was fair and well worth it. I can't say enough good things about this experience and loved working with Chef J! I hope to book another dinner with him in the future!

Not only is the space incredibly comfy, but the staff were remarkably generous and fun to chat with. “Hiring Capers for our wedding was the best decision we’ve ever made! The people were great, and the food and drinks were out of this world. Everyone we worked with was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. They guided us through the daunting task of designing our menu and beverage program, as well as assisted in our furniture and linen rentals. We always felt like we were in good hands. The food was absolutely stunning! Capers has a wide variety of interesting menu options, far beyond your typical wedding dishes. We ended up going with BBQ, Asian, and fall seasonal stations, in addition to an assortment of fun appetizers, plus gourmet donuts for dessert. The food was unique, gorgeous, and most importantly, absolutely delicious! They were also able to make special accommodations for our guests with dietary restrictions, so everybody left with a full belly. Many guests told us that this was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. We definitely agree! For the bar, Capers was able to handle all of our special requests and provided a unique selection of craft beers, ciders, seltzers, as well as plenty of wine and liquor options. We’ve used them frequently for lunch. Of note, several other places could not guarantee inventory due to the pandemic and supply.“

The food is always delicious, I always make sure to order a chicken and waffles (and make sure to ask about the specials because their creativity for their waffles is through the roof!). Throw in some other classic comforts like pulled pork, or creative twists like steak and cheese egg rolls, and you'll find there really is something for everyone! I've had the privilege of using them as a catering service, going in with friends for a bite to eat, or grabbing take out and each and every time the service was above and beyond.
