“good coffee shop with sweets and items for a quick fix but it's tiny so there are very few tables available especially since it's located ON MA. If you get your coffee and items to go you will be fins. Place is always crowded so be patient bc it's not an in and out kind of place, you will have to wait for your coffee.“

“This place has the best coffee in town. Their breakfast sandwiches are to die for. Lunch menu is just as good. Cookies, scones and muffins are all delicious. The owners Peter and Siri bend over backwards to please their customers. The register and serving crew Lisa and Isabel are great.“

“Never a bad time at this 99. We prefer it to the West Woburn 99, although that is a great selection as well. No frills: always a delicious meal and perfect drinks, especially from everyone's favorite bartender, Peter. He is the best! Always remembers our favorite drinks and food choices. Overall, the East Side 9s is always a terrific time!“

“Service was incredibly fast & personable. Food was prepared very fast and so fresh that I had to give it a few minutes to cool down. The best part was how exceptionally tasty the food was. My spicy steak tip skewer was cooked to rare perfection with every bite seemingly juicier than the last. My chicken teriyaki rice bowl was also the bee's knees. Prices we very reasonable and quality of our experience was terrific.“
“Terry and her staff were absolutely amazing!! Right from our first meeting Terry made sure your experience was geared towards what you want. On the day of my daughter’s graduation party she continually checked with us to make sure everything was running smoothly. The food and the atmosphere was excellent!! “We were at Teresa’s on Saturday night and I cannot say enough great things about this place. Our waitress Casey was amazing we had a table of 16 and she did not skip a beat She was on point all night long and the place was absolutely packed. The food was amazing. Everyone was great from the management to waitstaff. Cannot wait to go back. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
