My favorite thing about them as that they always release new drinks depending on the season which makes coming always refreshing. While I didn't get a breakfast sandwich I could smell the bacon cooking and it seems they are freshly made instead of the prepackaged types you'd get a chain coffee place. I opted for an acai bowl and was happy to learn that they offer but free granola ...a rare find for a person with a nut allergy! It's also gluten free for those that need it. The fruit was very fresh and delicious. 10/10 will return!“

From the beginning of cake tasting and sitting down with Mara to come up with what we wanted for our day to the day of the event we have nothing but great things to say. We wanted something simple and chose a smaller cake to cut into and a total of three different flavors cakes for guests (red velvet cake and cream cheese frosting, chocolate cake and raspberry frosting, and lastly vanilla cake and vanilla frosting for those who like to keep it simple). The cakes were so moist and flavorful. Our guests couldn’t stop saying how delicious they were and where they were from. We even got an anniversary cake that we cannot wait to eat again. We are so grateful and thankful for this bakery and making our bellies full and tastebuds so happy. 🥰“

Other reviewers have noted the frightening level of efficiency here and it is very true. You'll get your order rapidly even if the place is very crowded. At WPI classes end at 10 minutes before the hour, so the best practice is to visit the place in the bottom half of the hour.“

“Happened across this place while traveling through Worcester. The inside houses the retail shop and the roastery. It was cool to see all their coffee processing and roasting equipment. The retail space was clean and bright and cheery. The drip coffee was good. The espresso was even better. There was a tremendous selection of single origin beans from all over the world in a variety of roasts. I chose an African light roast (Burundi Hafi) to take home. I brewed some this morning and was blown away. No sourness, no acidity, it tasted to like a high quality milk chocolate. The price of $22 a pound is very reasonable for such a high quality product.“

“I don't normally do reviews, but DeeDee's service was so exceptionally warm, friendly, and 'Perfect' that I just had to. I went through the drive thru and I had to wait a little longer, but she came to the window and let me know that the Bold coffee was just finishing brewing (anyone who complains about a little wait for fresh coffee is someone I will never understand, lol). I also ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, and the bacon was crisp, and there was plenty of it!! “Had probably the best iced Americano I've ever had (from a Dunks, not in my life, obvs) which is noteworthy. They were pretty quick, too. It may be the first time this year that the beans didn't have that burnt Dunks flavor, and there was none of that weird sour water flavor that comes from dirty equipment, so I may get just an iced coffee there next time. Typically, I can't drink dunks ice coffee bc it's just not good, but this place gives me hope.“

I have only had a problem once with wait time here; for some reason, the place was packed that time. The only other problem I had was about a week ago on Sunday the place was closed, but they didn't put a sign at the drive through ordering speaker. After getting no response and driving off, I did see a sign at the pick-up window, but people in the drive through line had no way of knowing the place was closed. But this location will get all of my business in Worcester from now on. I refuse to go to Park Ave. anymore.“
