“My daughter and I live out of the Winnipeg area in a small town. I had never heard of such a thing as a cat cafe lol Mya wanted to go though because she loves cats so we booked it. Her mother was in the city getting out of a surgery as well. We still get along great. The atmosphere was quaint and relaxing. The antiques, old pictures and stain glass all worked together somehow. I really enjoyed petting the cats with my daughter. They are rescued animals and they are all adoptable. She wants another cat but we will see. The cat room was clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly and polite. The coffee was very good too. I would highly recommend this as a good romantic date or place to take someone. It’s not expensive and very chill“

“Good drinks, good food, and good vibes. I started with a maple latte and ended with an apricot old fashioned, both were fantastic! My latte came in a mug with a random lady’s face on it which added to the vibes. I had them add some duck to my huevos rancheros and it was phenomenal, anything with duck is great. I would recommend this place to anyone who is in the mood for brunch or a good time!“

“I literally only go here so I can practice my french, and they help me - free of charge! BUT that being said, their laté is AMAZING. The people there are soo friendly and helpful (French and non french speakers). Also, they have started a coffee reward system. Buy 10 coffees and get one free. (As a Winnipegger that makes me happy) I'm not great at reviewing things, so just go there. You will not be disappointed.“

“Went out for a birthday celebration, the food was good but the service was borderline negligent. The staff had ordered take out and were eating in the kitchen. We could have walked out without paying the bill and I doubt it would have been noticed. We had to find a server to order dessert and coffee and had to hunt down a server again to pay the bill. No tip for a $45.00 dollar meal. Won’t be going back.“

“I went to to Harrison’s for the first time while out on a nice walk with my friend and her dog. We had wanted to stop for a coffee and noticed the little shop on Waterfront. Not only was the Coffee great but they were a pet friendly establishment and provided water outside for them to have a drink as well. I’m a forever customer now.“

“My wife and I came up to visit Winnipeg from the US state of Iowa about a month ago to support our kind Canadian neighbours. This was our first time at a Tim Hortons. The coffee and assorted Timbits were good, the service was quick, and the atmosphere was comfortable. They had couches to relax on, and I was able to charge my phone. I really appreciated the cozy environment here. Our nearby hotel had a planned power outage for maintenance that they didn't bother telling us about other than us noticing a sign at the check in desk when we arrived. The power outage also went on for more than an hour beyond what we were told. Fortunately, I was able to get a discount on my hotel stay. And thanks to Tim Hortons, I was able to relax with some coffee and Timbits, charge my phone in a building with functioning electricity, and experience some Canadian hospitality!“

“No doubt the best oomomo location in the city. The other ones are fine but compared to St. Vital, polo park has a larger selection. If you’re into stationary or art, this is the perfect place to get supplies and materials. I thought I had to head to the dollar store nearby for glue stick but they have a lot of necessities! There’s also other interesting things in there as well such as snacks, housewares, etc.

Prices are reasonable as well!“

“Everytime I go here, the people are super nice. I've only been a few times and yet they already know what I'm typically ordering. It likely helps that I just get one thing, but still. That feels special to me.

The food is really good and fairly priced. The drinks are amazing and the staff are nice and fun people.
