“I was there 4/25/22. We went up to the host and told them 3. They were looking at the board seeing where they could sit up. They were busy. There were people who walked in behind us and went around and were extremely rude to the staff. Thank goodness for the host manager for stepping in and making sure we were helped. We sat in Gabe's section. He was a great server. Made sure we had refills, made we were good and the food was right. There was something that came out wrong but he saw it was corrected. He was great with my daughter and friend. If you go request Gabe!!“

“Just me and my mom going to Outback Steakhouse near us and had a good time while we were there. My mom had the Blooming Onion Burger with Coke Cola and I had the Chicken Tender combo with a Dr Pepper. Had an awesome server as well, their name Rasease S, and the food was great, definitely a good to in Baltimore. The potato soup was pretty good. The blooming onion we got was amazing as well.“

“We, had lunch at this location on Nov 10th. The service was very poor and the order came out wrong. The waiter never offered to refill our drinks. We, ended up sending food back and had taken off the bill. I, asked for a manager and the waiter only came back. This was a VERY poor experience. The waiter sucked, They may need new management.“

“We had the fried green tomatoes as our first appetizer. They were tender and topped with lumps of crabmeat. Spectacular! Then we had the fried cheese appetizer. I can’t remember the name of the cheese, but it was delicious in the accompanying sauce and olive oil and pesto. All of the dishes we had came out perfect. My filet medallions were so tender,they melted in my mouth. Hubby got the pork loin over mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts and loved it. We will definitely come back!“

“We had an amazing dining experience recently when 3 of us decided to eat at a restaurant outside of the hotel where we were staying. I am so glad we chose Longhorn. Otherwise, we would have missed out on experiencing the service that Shaun provided. Even though he serviced several other tables, he still extended the same amount of attention and care to each of us. His level of customer services was more than just “excellent.” It was “superb.” He made us feel like we were valued and he didn’t miss an opportunity to check to see if we had everything we needed and we were enjoying our meal. The food was absolutely delicious. If I were hiring, Shaun would be my first selection and he would be used as that model employee to train others on what is expected of them as a representative of the company and what we want our customers to experience. Shaun, keep up the good work. We will be back soon.“

“Was first introduced to a Texas Roadhouse in Indiana in 2010. Been stuck on the place ever since. At some point they changed the recipe to they buns. If you think they're great now, there was once a time they were even better. When I'm in the mood for a steak, it's always the bone in rib eye. I dunno how they manage to nail it every time. $30-$40 for a steak that good with two sides? It's a consecutive bargain.“

“Shout out to Lauren S. who took great care of us tonight. Longhorn is always good, from food to service to atmosphere. The only minor hiccup was my steak being overcooked. I was so hungry and still ate a 3rd of it, and when Lauren came back to check on us, I did tell her my steak was overcooked but I had already eaten a 3rd of it. She practically insisted on taking it back to get me a fresh steaked cooked the way I wanted and bought me an extra fresh piece of corn on the cob on top of the one I already had and pretty much demolished. I was beyond appreciative. I tore everything down.....the firecracker chicken wraps, the brown bread & butter, the mashed taters, the corn, & my medium well sirloin. Chefs kiss 🥰😘🥰“

“Jonathan F Rodman excellent job making our dinner special for my birthday. Prime rib amazing as usual. Sides were great, as well. The crab imperial was a little dark for my liking which affected the flavor. Would definitely recommend for a special occasion.“

“Where do I start? Ok, the coveted 6th * for a gluten sensitive menu, because you never know. Three different steaks and one salmon, all cooked to perfection, truffle fries, amazing mashed potatoes, and the most incredible grilled mushrooms on the side - and one fantastic glass of Pinot Noir.
Pail treated four weary travelers with kindness and cheer, the Manager Iggy checked on us, and our water glasses never were allowed to remain empty for more than a moment. What was already a special meal turned into something transcendent thanks to how kindly we were treated.“
