“We’ve been regular customers since well before Neal’s moved to its current location. The bagels are delicious (more New Yorky and flavorful than others in the area) and always fresh. The sliced turkey breast, Nova, and chicken salad are some of our favorites. Lots of other tasty menu items too. Highly recommend!“

“it was really early when i got here, (for me i guess anyways - 8am?) . . . it took awhile for the 3 people to help me with one coffee and one bagel. the bagel had hardly any cream cheese on it, never ordered here before so i wasnt aware. . . the coffee was good. it seemed like the employees were probably bagging up alot of carry out orders etc? first i had to wait for one guy to take my order, then another employee made the bagel and the last fella took a long long time to make my one iced coffee. it was okay. . . i wouldnt mind trying it again somewhere near me i guess. . . it was quite spendy too.“

“Fantastic breakfast sandwiches in the area. Bagels are soft and seasoned well. You get a generous portion of bacon/sausage, egg and cheese. It's definitely worth the money. They have a lot of seating available if you eat there and there staff is very nice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!“

“I was shocked at how good and real these NY-style bagels are. If you’ve had a fresh NY bagel, there is a distinct consistency of the outside and inside of the bagel that makes it enjoyable to eat untoasted. This place more than scratches the itch for a craving for NY bagels. I find myself just having a meal or a single bagel and cream cheese, taking a bite and applying a small amount of spread to savor each bite.“

“I love going to Bethesda bagel on Old Georgetown road. The bagels are the best. I get the tuna fish out of the refrigerator. The manager who gives me my bagels is so nice. I wish them all the luck. It's a great place with great people that work there. It is one of the best managed businesses in Montgomery County.“
