“This was not my first time eating at Jimmy John’s but it is the best one. A young man named Ted fixed my sub and it was fresh, tasty and very neatly made. Some subs are just thrown together and they don’t look very appetizing. This one looked delicious.
Ted was also the friendliest team member I have ever interacted with at Jimmy John’s. He was polite, helpful and very friendly. His kind behavior was a highlight of my day.“

“One of the best tasting subs in Hagerstown. After trying 2 pizza joint subs I had given up on trying to find a good cheesesteak. Family had a taste for subs and narrowed it down between Freddie’s and another place I won’t mention but boy am I glad we chose this place fries were fresh and cheesesteak was fresh and cooked just the way I ordered! And it’s not the cheap thin steak em meat either. Would definitely order here again.“

“Verna's Sub Shop has an extensive menu! The Fried Oyster Sandwich is delicious and has a nice portion of oysters! The Baked Ham Sandwich on a Homemade Roll is jam-packed with soft, moist ham and you can choose your cheese and toppings. It's now one of my favorite sandwiches ever. It's a good thing Verna's isn't open every day. My kitchen would miss me. The people at Verna's are very accommodating and clearly take pride in what they do. I wholeheartedly recommend! 5 Stars!“

The employees always have a clean food station even when it is busy. The combos are for a reasonable price.“
