“I needed to order a cake for a birthday and ordered less than 24 hours before I needed to pick up the cake. I called and spoke to Mohammad. He was super helpful and told me he could have the cake ready when needed. He walked me through the steps I needed to take to order the cake online and still have it ready when I needed it. I ordered the pink floral stripe cake and it was perfect; pretty and delicious! Mohammad even texted me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied! Customer service was top notch!“

“I love the mango donut from MoMo Mochi, one of the storefronts located at The Spot Asian Food Hall in Rockville. It comes glazed with what I suspect is a mango glaze that’s then covered in colorful sprinkles. The mango donut is a perfect pillow of sweet dough crafted into what looks like a puffy bracelet. It’s so hard to just have one!

They also have a variety of donut flavors including: strawberry, yuzu, black sesame, matcha, Oreo and chocolate, Ube, cinnamon sugar and coffee.

Of course they have mochi, which I’m not a huge fan of, however, if you’re fond of mochi ice cream, there are several flavors available including a vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, matcha and coconut. Occasionally they offer other flavors like mango and black sesame, which may sell out.

The Spot is a great option if are in the mood to try various Asian dishes from Sushi to hand-pulled noodles.

“The place is clean, staff are friendly and the donuts are *chef's kiss*. They are so much better than regular donuts as I feel that they are not overpowered with sweetness that it's so satisfying to eat. The only downside, is that I wish they had more options of flavors.“

“This is by far the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. No one here seems to have any idea how to do their jobs. Expect to stand at the counter for at least 10 minutes before anyone even notices you’re here. It’s almost expected that some part of your order will be wrong.“

“Nicest Dunkin’ I have ever been to. They don’t make em like this in New York. Large store on the corner with comfortable seating inside and on the patio, in the morning shade. “i was in a rush to work this morning, and I stilll had enough time to drop by here for a couple of donuts and a coffee. my favorite donuts are the Do Nats donuts, the Bakers Choice, and the Vanilla Frosted with sprinkles tyoe donuts. I've tried the Do Nats the last time that I was here, but I decided to go for two Vanilla Frosted donits instead, because they're a little more sweeter. sugwr is what I needed this morning. They had a good team working here, and it took literally less than 30 seconds to receive the donuts and coffee. The musoc was literally blaring as loud as it could be, and thankfully I got back back to my car quickly to continie on to my job.“

“As a frequent visitor, this place deserves a much higher rating than it has. Service is always extremely friendly. Mobile orders are ready as expected and accurate. Coffees are always made particularly well (especially relative to other Dunkins). Staff is courteous and helpful about substituting donuts if I mobile order something that isn't available.“

“Honestly I just happened to stop here one morning mostly for convenience store items after routinely driving by for the last year assuming it was one of the Self Serve Quick Stop Dunkin set ups. I must say that I was impressed. The employees aren’t super chatty (AND THANK GOD FOR THAT!) because they’re getting your order right the first time and getting you back out into rush hour traffic as quickly as possible. I also noticed that they absolutely know their regular customers and in a very short time stopped asking me if I’d like sugar in my iced coffee since the answer is always no. “With cream and whip cream on top, right?” Only daily coffee drinkers will understand how this warms your heart. I have to say the only thing that makes me sad is this location doesn’t have a drive thru. This is the reason they don’t see me often but there are a total of 3 in a 2 mile radius and this is the only one I go to within that distance.“

“My experience is always somewhat discouraging. I like the bread. Everything is good. The only thing is the cashier and she is the same one who gives the things. She is unpleasant.
