“I spend over $250 a month here. Most of the staff know me because I come in so often. The service is typically very good. Carlos, the manager is very friendly and always gives great service. Along with some of the older staff. But some of the younger staff need further training on proper customer service. Twice now, I’ve gone there, with the same individuals, and asked for a bag for my food. Instead of assisting me, they put the food on the counter and point me to the bags, saying, “they are over there!” I find that very distasteful and in poor taste for a frontline person serving the public. Part of the customer experience is assisting the customer. I worked retail for many years and always made sure my customers were satisfied. That kind of service is unacceptable!“

I brought a group of friends with me, and every single one of them loved their meal. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in.

“I have eaten here thrice before. with my colleagues. I ordered the basil fried rice with vegetable and chicken. It was bursting with fresh flavors and wonderfully intense spiciness. Everything is so clean, and the staff is friendly and efficient! We were the last ones to leave and never felt rushed or like we were being a nuisance to the staff. “The pizza was very good. Crispy crust. Whole grain sour dough had good texture and chew. Worth coming back. Sauce had a nice balance of acid and fresh tomato flavor.
Its a small friendly place. Made mostly for take out our eat outside. Not a full sit down type place.

The soft Serve ice cream was a fail however. Icy. Not creamy. Lacked flavor. Couldn't taste any rhubarb at all. Would not get it again. Despite our disappointment with the soft serve, it wasn't enough to drop the star rating because that would not reflect the value of the pizza.“

“The Greene Turtle is a great spot in College Park to grab drinks and catch a game! Merissa was friendly, made great drinks, and was very informative about the menu, explaining the different food and drink options.

My goal is to try everything on the vegan menu at some point! They also have a breakfast menu from 8am-11am. Finally, I want to point out when you order something vegan, they circle the V. I really appreciate that because I'm sure it helps to avoid mix ups in the kitchen. Glad this deli exists since many other delis have limited vegan game.“
