“first time I ever went was yesterday and the food was delicious. so I went back today and they were so so so slammed but the line went smooth and the food was still made with care and was super delicious. unfortunately, i was here for the awp conference and i live far away but if I lived in Baltimore, id be eating there all the time. I successfully ordered, both times, a burrito larger than my head! amazing service and really nice attitudes even when there was no end sight in service. loves the food.“
“I had tried the Chipotle further down Pratt street but walked out after I saw the condition of the food in the trays. This location is much better run. Everything was fresh and was being brought in. The location is kept clean. The service was very good.“
“Came here late Saturday evening not long before closing to get a couple of burrito bowls. When they said they were out of guacamole, I was nearly crushed but got over it quickly since it was not long before closing time.
They had everything else I wanted and prepared my bowl and my friends bowl very quickly. We paid and we were on our way home.
A reasonable price for a good and filling meal.“
“This location USED o be very, bad very slow, and messed up orders. Thankfully they have a new manager and she is fixing things, so everybody should give it a try. It is certainly far better than the location on Pratt Street. The one on Boston Street is better, but I think that's only because it's never busy, so it's easier to get food out on time and not make mistakes.“
“This chipotle surprised me, I wasn’t expecting much based off the reviews and was lowkey scared I was going to get food poisoning (will double back to follow up as I just ate). That being said the food was actually really good and flavorful, whoever was cooking night shift on 11/17 definitely was cheffing it up“
“Decided to visit while I was in the area. Definitely an old fashioned favorite. Haven't seen this call in a drug. Just wanted to let me to my mom is coming to pick up the kids tomorrow and then go to bed for the night and then I'll be there in a few minutes and I will be there in a few minutes and no! I didn't want extra mayo! He wanted to go wake two side lettuce sides instead.“
“This location would get five stars if the Sprite worked every time I go in there the Sprite is not working and there is no indication or a sign notifying customers that the Sprite has ran out people don't realize that the Sprite is out until they take a sip which forces them to waste water and ice“
“The staff here did amazing tonight.. pretty sure their man on the grill walked out and they had a line to the door! Everyone jumped into high gear and got it done! Soda machine was broke but they were open with everyone about it as they ordered.“
“I have had a lot of bad experiences at this Chipotle. However, today I had the BEST experience! The young lady working the line was the sweetest worker I have encountered. I regret not asking her name, but she was wearing pink glasses. Her customer service was 5 stars!!!“
“Live very close to this chipotle and love chipotle in general. So I go here all the time. However, this chipotle is terrible. Service is bad, almost always out of something or numerous things. Today broke the last straw! No rice white or brown until we waited a few minutes for brown. We weren’t that unsatisfied at this point. Girl asks us what we want so we start... and she walks away just as we start to go chat with other people telling a story she wanted to listen to. My girl friend and I just looked at each. She didn’t come back, another girl stepped in a few seconds later. Go down the line and no chicken orrr steak. Now Im kinda mad but just deal w it and get barbacoa. Salsa sour cream corn etc. toppings are minimal sizes w minimal effort. Walk out laughing about how terrible it was cause there also wasn’t a lid for our drink available. Go to eat and the first bite is so watery. Probably from the rice
Update: this chipotle has made a huge turnaround. They used to always have some kind of issue through the process but the last 10+ visits have been great. Good job chipotle.👍“
“The two white male workers here NEVER wash their hands, one of them pushed the trash can trash further down the bin, cleaned the toilet in the restroom, & went right back on the register grabbing peoples food from the line & bagging it. Even though he didn’t prepare it, it was still disgusting he touched it. Both of the white men here do this, all the other staff is fine especially the woman staff, the woman are the only staff I see washing their hands frequently. This is the best chipotle in the city hands down though, the food is always tasting good compared to every other chipotle I been to in Baltimore city. And this one always has fajitas.“
