“My wife and I decided at the last minute to go out on a Saturday evening and we picked Marie Louise Bistro for dinner. We sat outside and had a genuinely wonderful meal! While you often see the same staff there for years, our server this time was young and new to the industry. Despite that, you could tell she had received training from the other staff, and she did a fantastic job. A very good sign! She had another waiter show her how to open and pour the wine, but aside from that we’d have barely known she was new to the job. As for the food, it was excellent. I’d give 9 or 10 out of 10 for everything and my wife enjoyed her meal too. I had a 3-course that included a surf and turf special, and my wife had duck confit. It’s incredibly reasonably priced for the quality of food IMO. A gem of a restaurant! If any of you reading this have never been then I’d definitely recommend a visit!“

She was so welcoming and warm and was a subject matter expert in directing to me to a classy Baltimore experience. She made some amazing drinks and some great suggestions for food in the area. I will be staying at this hotel every time I’m in Baltimore. Thank you Adelleke!!!!“

“I ordered an Egg Bacon Quiche and a few other sweets from this place. It was $10 and it was very tasty to be honest. Unfortunately, I do have to agree with the other reviews, saying that the service was not that great. There were two people there when I just randomly walked in a man and a woman, and they were riding in a conversation, and I waited for a little bit and then the woman finally said something to me after standing there for a bit, but the man for some reason had no intention on stopping the conversation, literally the entire time while I was ordering while she walked over to the register and rang me up. He would not stop talking to her for any reason and it was very weird and awkward to me so for that reason, it’s a zero on the service. I gave them a two for atmosphere because it honestly was no atmosphere other than the delicious pastries on display. They look very nice and if they taste anything like the items I’ve already had from here then I’m sure they’re very good too but because the service is not good I probably won’t be back.“

“They are the BEST!! YAK, is the $Hi!!!! They have the best Yak a mein, Egg Foo yung, shrimp and Broccoli/String beans, Orange chicken!! Never had anything bad here!! The shrimp are always BIG as (fill in blank)!! Owners are personal & friendly. Best to call order in , the lines be long!!! Food so good, I know the number by heart!!!“
