“There's another Mcdonalds just a bit further down Reisterstown RD, but I always make the trip up to this location. Their staff is very friendly and quick, and the food is always significantly higher quality than the other locations in the area. It's Mcdonalds so you already know what you're getting into in terms of the menu. This is a very clean location and one of the few I do dine-in at.“
“The person at the register did great. That was after they had s sign that said go to kiosk. They NEED a person to physically HELP people. The corporate people need to realize that there are some elderly ,disabled and others that have trouble with those machines.“
“Been going here since 2020 and honestly it's just like most McDonald's. the service is pretty good, they keep the property clean, they move pretty fast at times and even during slow times it's not a super long wait. Never had an issue with my food, and if they did accidently give me the wrong order it was fixed immediately. All in all if your nearby, I'd recommend!“
“Ok McDonald's......I see you stepping the game up! Visted the 6001 Moravia location today.....09.05.24 at 12pm. The gentleman on the drive thru speaker was amazing, he addressed me by my name and everything, wonderful customer service. Great job young man.....I wish I knew your name. They need about 4 more of you at all of the McDonald's locations, you definitely make a positive difference and it's appreciated. The food is even getting a little better.“
“I don't like the fact that too many people hang out in front of safeway on Alabama Ave SE every day. Most are up to no good. It doesn't feel safe going into the store or coming out. The police are right there, and still, they all hang out there doing whatever they are up to.“
“I stop here regularly for iced coffee, and the service is always top notch. The guy who takes my order is always very friendly, and the person who serves my drink is very nice as well. Better service than any other McDonald's I've ever been to!“
“Usually a good experience with this location but last night not so, I ordered five orders of the 2 for $3.50 mc doubles and a 10 piece nugget. The worker swore me down that he had double counted the burgers and that all 10 were in the bag, and with a slight attitude he closed the widow and walked away... A few minutes later he returned with a mc double but with his energy being the way it was I was not about to give that to my children. But it's thee principle I paid for it so give me what I paid for but (in the trash it went) I'll take the loss!!!!“

“I usually don’t write reviews, but today stood out to me. Nykira and Destiny were Great! From the moment I walked in a I felt welcome. They made to greet everyone warmly and made sure to check on everyone in the restaurant throughout their stay. Honestly l, I haven’t had an experience like this in a McDonald’s in maybe ever haha. Good job Nykira and Destiny!“
“Had the worst day of my life, just wanted a simple double cheeseburger meal. My GOODNESS the fries were the BEST FRIES EVER ??? I don't know who was working but dang they were absolutely perfect!!!! “I’ve never in my life felt the need to leave a review for a fast food place but here we are. Let me start by saying I drive an extra 15 minutes to get to this one instead of the one 5 minutes from me. Myself and friends always order through the app and then go through the drive thru. I have never had anything go wrong with my order and the food is always spot on. Not to mention, each time the service is great, always kind and helpful. At the end of the day, it is a fast food restaurant, not a fine dining establishment, keep that in mind. Will be back, always!“
“It's McDonalds so the food quality is cheap fast food. BUT TONIGHT I got a double quarter pounder and I gotta say this was the most picture perfect burger I have ever gotten from any McDonald's. 10/10 good job to who ever put love and care into my order made my night“
“The young lady named Shamira was the most friendliest and courteous ! She greeted me and fixed my order and held an intelligent conversation all at the same time. It was a pleasure meeting her today. The rest of the employees need to be trained by her. She has outstanding customer service skills and a positive attitude. Please recognize this woman's skills McDonalds....employees like her are more valuable than your number of burgers sold !

I asked the person over the intercom if I could add it and he was just very energetic and professional and respectful and that be so hard to do at this hour! “I had such a lovely experience at this McDonald’s! I ordered my go-to Oreo McFlurry & explained how I like my extra Oreo layered (bottom & top, sometimes the middle too). McCury greeted me with the warmest, most genuine smile. She was quick, efficient, & gladly applied my code without hesitation 😌
what truly stood out was how she went above and beyond - after my order, she personally checked at the second window to make sure my McFlurry was made just the way I requested. That small but thoughtful gesture meant a lot - it’s rare to find someone who cares enough to double-check special requests, & it really shows her stellar work ethic & kindness! I also want to mention the lady taking orders at the microphone - she was attentive & kind, which set such a positive tone for the visit. tbh it’s not often that fast food service feels this warm & welcoming, but they did 🥹 tysm McCury, for going the extra mile - you’re a beautiful, sweet young lady & such a valuable employee ! 💖“
“The food was hot, and the service was fast, but I still don't understand how fast food employees can't stack a burger straight its always bottom bun one way top bun the other and the meat is other way but that the $$$$ high dollar fast food. One double bacon cheese burger and medium fries should never be over $5“
“The crew operates this McDonald's very efficiently here! The food is delivered to customers in a timely fashion, & is exactly what the customer expects! The interior was clean for dining-in & they definitely draw a crowd for breakfast!“
“The McDonald’s at 3223 Washington Boulevard has been there a long time and hasn’t always been very pleasant but it’s made a lot of changes and it’s actually a pretty decent McDonald’s to eat or have delivered. I’m not a big McDonald’s for fast food visitor but they are very efficient and pretty clean there. There are four kiosk you can order at instead of dealing with an actual person. I like that option very much.“
“Food always fresh and workers actually have food ready at a good time but despite that the manager there is very self centered I had a experience in which I wanted sauce but was denied because she say's I don't need it even though I haven't received any with my order all this just because it wasn't ketchup I asked for when I can't have ketchup“

“Store manager at my local McDonald's was very gassy last time I visited. He did several poot toots near us as we ate. If I wasn't married I would have asked him out right there. His flatulence made my whole evening! I thought about it all day in the shower and in bed next to my wife. I recommend McDonalds hire more store managers with bowel issues. “I stopped in Dec 14 around 4-5PM for a 10 pc McNugget via the $3 deal on the app. The cashier took a minute to come from the back but it appeared they were prepping to go and drive thru orders. The cashier was extremely kind and the nuggets were fresh. I was in and out in less than five minutes. 10/10 experience. Shout out to whoever that cashier is, they were super kind.“

“In person is fine, but when I order through Uber Eats, my order comes up missing something half of the time. I pay delivery fees and tips, yet I don't receive my whole order. I don't even eat McDonald's. It's for my son, who has autism and his orders have to be exact.“

“This location is very busy just about anytime you go but the staff is usually accommodating and kind. May not always have frappes or shakes due to equipment problem, so if you order in the app be prepared to choose an alternative item ahead of time and that's my biggest complaint.“
“No fast food place is perfect but as far as McDonald’s goes, this one is pretty good. I usually go later in the evening so maybe it’s partly bc there are no crowds but they move things along quickly and the order is always correct. In terms of service, it’s better than 5100 York Rd, better than any I’ve been to in the suburbs“
