Despite traveling from Old Town Alexandria, we can confidently say that Mel's offers the finest crabs we have ever tasted. We consider them to be the best in the country, deserving of a five-star-plus rating. Brandon consistently provides exceptional customer service during each of our visits. We wholeheartedly recommend Mel's whenever you are in search of fresh crabs, whether hard or soft shells.😋🥰“

“Had a great lunch! The soft shell crabs were outstanding. The old bay seasoning on the shrimp was delicious. The place is comfortable and unpretentious. The tiki bar wasn’t open when we were there, but it looked like it is a fun place to hang out. We will definitely go back!“
