“My daughter recently moved to the area. After a long day of cleaning and unpacking boxes we ordered pizza for dinner. This is the BEST pizza! The crust was perfect. It was not greasy. It was sliced perfectly-easy to pick up. Location was easy to find and service was SUPER friendly! I am looking forward to eating here again when I’m in town!“

“We saw this pizza place on a pizza show and we went today. They immediately asked us if it was our first time, and gave us a 10 dollar off our first visit. Our waitress Mya could not have been nicer or more informative about the menu. Most delicious Gorgonzola pizza ever. And we got a ricotta n meatball that was to die for. Bathrooms were so fancy n clean. So terrific food, terrific price, service and ambiance. Best pizza place I’ve ever been to. Truely. We lived it! My Sangria was so good too!“

“We enjoyed our meal at Gregorio’s immensely. The meals were tasty and good portions. The cocktails were strong and right at the limit of reasonably priced. The tiramisu was also on point.“

“I love this place...it will always be Good Guys to me.“
“Our party of three was there on a night they had a huge party. We were served well and seated away from the loud party group. Excellent food, as always! Tapas make for a pleasant evening of sharing and conversation while enjoying the good food. Already looking forward to the next time!“

“Ngl, the Load Breakfast Burrito is fire and hits the spot. Esp on a Sunday where u r feeling rough (and maybe hungover). It really is fully loaded: eggs, meat, veggies, cheese, potatoes, fresh avocado, pickled jalapeños, and sauce. Highly recommended! Wanted to put a spotlight on this, as I’m always on the hunt for excellent breakfast burritos. Also, it was wrapped perfectly. Nice tortilla. Grilled a little bit on one side, nice touch.“

“Best pizza ever! & I know pizza, I'm from New York!“

“Let’s first talk about the playlist that I did a little shuffle, head nod to when I entered because it’s the perfect blend of old school pop! The hostess upon arrival sweetly greeted me and was very gracious. And the gentleman who was behind the bar. who I assume is the owner by his presentation, was very charismatic and provided warm hospitality. I found myself ordering more than my appetite could handle. This isnt my first rodeo show here, so speaks to the delish oven brick pizza paired with an Italian Red, Nero D’ Avila Tareni Doc, Sicily, IT. But, I completely forgot the quaint but charming vibe. Just come! You won’t be disappointed. (Only con is the dessert. The brownie was very dry and burnt but maybe it was a bad batch.) Thank me later! K. Bye.“

“AP Pizza Shop isn’t your average pizza joint — it’s a fresh take on the classic neighborhood pie shop. From the crisp Endive & Apple Salad (with Montasio cheese and cider vinaigrette) to the decadent white pizza topped with whipped ricotta and truffle honey, every dish feels intentional and elevated.
The crust strikes that perfect balance of crisp and chewy, and the menu’s mix of New York– and Sicilian-style pies keeps things interesting. You can grab a slice at the counter or make it a full sit-down experience. It’s approachable, creative, and just different enough to stand out in Bethesda’s dining scene.
If you love pizza but want something a little more thoughtful — this spot nails it.“

“They do not play around with their chicken wings! I just crushed a 12 piece (half buffalo, half old bay) and I am very full and happy with my purchase. My first impression was “damn, these are some big wings!” Usually, I am skeptical with the wings from pizza places because they are pretty small, not throwing shade on dominos but if you want a small chicken wing, go to Dominos not Flippin. Anyways, after my initial analysis of the size of the wings I thought to myself: “These might be a little dry due to the shear size of every wing (there was not a single small one, drums and flats were all a great-sized wing) but they were tender and flavorful, the meat practically fell of the bone. I started thinking in gospel while I was eating them like “Lawd hebbins mm mmmm!!” I will definitely be returning!“

“This place is a hidden gem! Don't let the fact that it's just takeout fool you, the food is absolutely amazing. I had the philly steak calzone and it was delicious, perfectly made, and well-filled. The service was also fantastic; the staff was super friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!“

“Vace is such a gem! It’s a Colombian-Italian takeout spot that offers great pizza, and they also have a great little market where you can buy frozen lasagna, ravioli, and even the ingredients to make pizza at home (all made by them). They also carry charcuterie, snacks, and a really nice selection of wine.“

“Today on Halloween night I ordered pizza for delivery and I waited for over an hour and a half for it. I checked the dominos tracker and it was not updating at all. I called but there was no answer so I made my way over to the store. I know the start of this sounds negative but I want to say that this is not a negative review but more of an observation. When I went in every person was busting their ass off to get pizzas prepped, in the oven, and boxed in record time.
The line to this location was out the door and the phones were ringing off the hook but the employees were calm and handling everything like a pro. The cashier was calm for each customer even though I saw the customers were getting frustrated with him. I know it is not easy working on Halloween night when there are a million and one Halloween parties that most likely called to place order for 50+ people.
I wanted to say that even though I was annoyed at first you don't know what really is happening until you see it. I take my hat off to all those who were working tonight.“

“Our server, Jose was amazing! I participated in a brunch meet up with a friend for the Montgomery County Crew and we had a sizeable party. Jose was very knowledgeable, patient, and overall excellent as he served our large party. I hope to have him as a server again the next time that I visit this Matchbox location.“

“The salad at $8.50 was overpriced. It had a quarter of a tomato, just a few onions, and hardly any other veggies. The bread was tasteless. It was served cold and the crust was too soft. The main course of linguine and clams was fine. The service was a little slow.“
“The reason I recommend this bar is because the environment, service and facilities of this bar are very good!“

“Andy’s Pizza in Bethesda is honestly one of my favorite spots when it comes to quality pizza. The flavor is amazing and very well balanced, and the thin, crunchy crust is exactly how a great pizza should be. Every bite tastes fresh, light, and full of flavor without feeling heavy. You can really tell they pay attention to the details, from the dough to the toppings.
What I also love is that they don’t just offer pizza — they have special drinks that are absolutely worth trying. Their lemonades are refreshing, flavorful, and a perfect match with the pizza. I highly recommend checking their menu online because they often have unique lemonade flavors that make the meal even better.
Overall, the food quality is consistently excellent, and everything tastes freshly made. If you’re in the area and craving truly good pizza with a perfectly crispy crust and great flavor, Andy’s Pizza is a must-try. Highly recommended for pizza lovers who appreciate simple food done right.“
