“Went to Kitchen +Kocktails for the first time last night. The decor was very nice, and the music was good and not obnoxious. Our server Ally was terrific! I’m not a drinker, so when I asked her if there were any cocktails that didn’t taste like alcohol, I thought she would look at me like I was crazy, but she didn’t! She seemed to know exactly what I was talking about and immediately had a couple of suggestions. I went with the mixed berry lemon drop and it was perfect for me. The crab cake appetizers and shrimp and grits with lobster tail entree were amazing. We had a great time and we’ll be back!“

“Food was... Phenomenal. I had smothered biscuits with fried chicken and everything was sublime. Good came out fast, people were friendly. Had seating but everyone, including us, were just getting food to go. Decor is cute but not vibey. I will 100% go back if I am anywhere within 45min of the place for those biscuits.“

“I had the pleasure of dining at The Hitching Post DC. I ordered the grilled lamb chops, mac & cheese, collard greens. The lamb chops are in my top 2 of the best I've ever tasted. I don't normally order mac & cheese when I go out to a restaurant, but this order was perfect as well. The collard greens could use a little vinegar, however, they were still delicious. I will definitely dine there in the near future. The lemon cake had was flavorful, moist and delicious, too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“One of the best places that you could go down time for happy hour. Even if it's not happy hour, you should still make a point to visit. The bartenders are excellent. The managers are very attentive. It's one of my favorite locations visit. The inside is very interesting and great for people who want a pleasant place to be.“

“The atmosphere is very nice and so is the service, our server was very nice she Ben gave us a delicious free dessert❤❤❤ our server Delila H. is AMAZING I love her so much 😀 the food was okay ✅ although the menu is small and it is expensive but i really like how they had a whole lemonade selection for the kids😌🍋 overall nice fancy restaurant with nice food 🙂“

“Came in late Sunday and the restaurant was super accommodating to my reservation growing from 4 to 5 people. Had an amazing meal and great drinks. Tre was an awesome server and we even got helped by a really sweet bartender named Christina. We will def be back.“

“Meeting of three friends for brunch. We arrived ahead of our reservation and were seated within 5 minutes. The server was polite and professional, but seemed to have too many guests to serve as he was slow to serve us. The French toast was lukewarm warm and unexpectedly crispy. The milk for my coffee was curdled but they replaced it with a fresh cup. The location was convenient for us and overall thermosphere and food were pleasant.“

“This place is great and fast and the barbecue rib, beef is the best! The no fat and best meat and the most seasoned. I don’t like pork ribs and they offer beef ribs. The best quality too! Grateful for the money spent, I have come back multiple times for it!“

“Wanted to try something new for breakfast today and it ended up getting their sausage, bacon egg and cheese on Hawaiian rolls and that absolutely brought such a good start to my day. It was super flavorful cause they gave me syrup that I could drench on it and that absolutely transcended the whole experience. I fell in love with those sliders, and I will absolutely be ordering them again and trying new things off the menu.“

“Let me say this the food is great but the service was horrible. We waited almost 45 mins before we received our food. The waitress informed us there was a larger party on the other side of the restaurant, and that is why our food was taking so long. A paying customer is a paying customer whether the party is large or small. I would like to give one more chance before I decide not to patronize this Hyattsville location again.“
