“Our first time at this restaurant and our server was absolutely outstanding . Her name is Cassandra and she was very welcoming with our 4.5 year old son. Normally we get looks and comments when we go out about him being loud or theatrical but she was SO understanding and supporting . She got him icecream cake and made sure he had such an accepting experience. As parents it melted our heart and we would 10/10 recommend this restaurant as well as her service. Come see her Friday nights for an amazing experience .“

“My husband and I have been dining at Little Alex’s for around 5 years now but today I felt compelled to make a review! The food is ALWAYS delicious & it’s the only local pizza that gets close to pizza from my home town. In addition I want to comment on how CLEAN their restaurant is & what got me today is that this is the first time I’ve used their restroom in-house and it was SOOOO CLEAN. That speaks volumes to me. The floor, the walls, the toilet, the sink - spotless. It didn’t have any spell to it and it is clear that they take great pride in their space. Thank you, Little Alex’s for a great dinner and a clean restaurant to visit! Shout out to you guys!“

Wish the offered a gluten free crust in addition to the cauliflower (I can't have cauliflower) They need to update the cable/internet as the TVs constantly freeze up or dont work at all. Unfortunately not a place to watch football and that was reflected in the lack of in house business yesterday.“

“Dined in with my dad for lunch today for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised! This will definitely be added into my rotation of regular stops. I consider myself quite the pizza snob and this is probably the closest I’m getting to pizza from home here in Hagerstown! Absolutely delicious, great sauce to cheese ratio, crust was good - not a single complaint! Also, the lunch special - two slices of cheese and a drink for $8, you can’t beat it! ““We stumbled upon this little hidden gem, and it exceeded our expectations yesterday. The best pizza we ever had in Hagerstown, Md. and surrounding area. The pizza made here is real amazing and we would recommend trying these guys out. They have great topping selections and great prices on a single slice or whole NY style pizza. We like the thin crispy crust pizza, and this exceeded our expectations. Even the sweet tea was the best I have ever ordered in a restaurant. They offer an awesome range of fresh pizzas and Italian dishes. We liked dining here and definitely will be back many more times. Staff members were very friendly, prices are quite reasonable and was amazed at the cleanliness of this small establishment. “For the second time this week I enjoyed a meal at Middletown Valley Pizzeria. On Tuesday my dad and I tried the meatball subs, and even the smaller 8" version was huge. It was hot, tasty, and arrived quickly after ordering. This evening my husband and I ordered the Margherita pizza for date night, and again, we were impressed. The crust was crisp and the sauce (which they make in house)was delightfully fresh. The price point was reasonable...and reasonably priced restaurants in Middletown is something we could use more of. Give the place a try, they could use the support, and you will like the pizza. We'll definitely be back.“

“We had an absolutely amazing experience on Homecoming Saturday! The entire Potomac Ridge team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly despite the busy crowd. The kitchen was impressive—getting fresh, delicious food out in less than 10 minutes with smiles all around. I complimented someone from the kitchen, smiling they proudly responded, ‘thank you, breaking records!’ I loved that! As the sun set, the fire pits were lit, and an employee started selling s’mores kits, personally chatting with each group at the fire pits. The heaters under the pavilion were a cozy touch. It all wrapped up with a friendly send-off from the door holder! Such a delightful experience.“

“I love the food here. I've always had great food and it's really affordable compared to other places. I usually get delivery because I don't eat out anymore but this isn't really a place for that although you can if you want. The delivery drivers are really great though, always make sure you tip them good. Their veggie quesadillas and French fries are really good.
The only downside is the parking lot. There's always parking when I go but it's tiny. It does have 2 entrances though, as it's on a corner.“

“Its Ledos. Not the best one I've ever been to. Quality can be hit or miss. Sometimes too much sauce, sometimes not cooked enough. Sometimes its awesome. I keep going back as it is convenient. Again, I've had better Ledos but still worth a visit“

“We order the steak & cheese & crab fries w a pizza every time & let me start with saying we picked up from the place & drive home before eating which is about a 20 minute drive the steak & cheese was not greasy at all the fries were loaded with real crab melted cheese & believe it it not the fries were still crispy & delicious after the drive home with plenty to share with the hubby. The pizza not only looked amazing but was amazing. All in all would recommend anybody that loves crab fries & a good steak & cheese w a fresh out the oven pizza!“

“Could not believe how patient, charming, and effective they were during the Halloween rush last night. The other pizza place in town is closed for renovations so they really were swamped.

Screen on the wall showed pickup status making communication clear. Smiles on all the faces working so hard were exemplary.“

“It's always pretty good but sometimes they rush the Pizza when they're busy but I used to work in a pizza place and I know how it gets. This time it was wonderful though.

Parking: It's just street parking and there's always open spots because the only other people that park there are people that are delivering.“

“Went November 2025. Molly was our server which enhanced our experience. We both had the fries and burgers. I had the sweet potato fries and had caramel to dip. The burgers filled the buns and was very tasty. Spectacular service. Molly was very friendly and attentive. The dinner was even better knowing your server was checking in.
