“Kristen was an awesome waitress!!!! She kept a table of five full on soda the food came out super fast. She makes going to the restaurant so awesome. The food was fresh and really good.
The entire staff was really great , the only issue is Brooke the servers assistant was really childish and walking past our table and was being rude giving the evil eye to the table .“

I had one thing messed up manager came out and apologized and offered to take it off the bill I said that it was okay and they brought me back out a whole new dish freshly made even what I had already ate! Excellent fix and was very happy with it! I recommend this longhorn!“

“I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service at Outback in Largo, MD. The shift manager personally checked on my table and another nearby—such a thoughtful touch that made the experience feel special. My order was accurate and absolutely delicious. The servers were attentive, friendly, and made the entire dining experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find that kind of genuine hospitality these days, and it really stood out. “Listen I went to this Resturant to vibe with friends and to get a drink!! I sat at the bar no wait!! It was packed out on Sunday night though! The bartender Bj was great! Friendly and customer service was 10 out of 10! My wings was hot and delicious and my bread was good too! Only complaint the floor was really wet coming from the kitchen into the dinning room! Being that I had a fall in restaurant kinda triggering but other than that I would recommend! I went back the next day for lunch! Different bartender same service!! Excellent!! Berry Sangria chefs kiss! …. Not gonna lie even with a predominantly all black staff even down to the kitchen staff! I must say I was impressed! Customer service alone I will be back!!!“
