“This 24-hour diner attached to the Travelodge in Brunswick,Maryland is a throwback to the diners of the 1950s. We were looking for a decent meal after being on the road all day, and came upon this diner. The two women, Olivia and Kara who were working there could not have made the experience better. They were friendly, accommodated a special request for my husband, who was in the mood for an open-faced, hot turkey sandwich with gravy. They made the gravy as a special accommodation. The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and the food was delicious. I would not hesitate to grab a meal there if you’re in the area.“

John was incredibly attentive, sensitive to our table’s needs, and struck the perfect balance of being knowledgeable and genuinely funny. “Me and my husband did Jefferson Rock and worked up an appetite. We were intrigued about the heated igloos and decided we wanted another adventure. “Randomly passed by and stopped in for lunch on a long road trip back home from Maryland…and so very glad we did! Truffle fries, fig and brie flatbread, and strawberry cheesecake French toast…all so good!!! This was literally one of the best meals we’ve had in as far back as we can remember. We are so sad you are over 7 hours away from us, but we hope lacrosse or work takes us somewhere near you again. We will definitely be back!“

“Everything about Dempsey’s exceeds expectations. The menu and ingredients are incredibly thoughtful. Everything down to the seasoning is made in house. The desserts are to die for - special shout out to the cheesecakes. I tried strawberry, original and blueberry - all were fantastic but the blueberry has a special place in my heart. This is an outstanding family owned and ran business that supports diversity and inclusion. They have choices for everyone - comfort food, gluten free options, diabetic options, you name it.
