“The best customer service. I was first time in Springfield and wow what a great suprise. I was waiting for car to be fixed for 2 hrs.
I walked in and so feiendly. I ordered rhe carna asada plate. Wow everything fresh from the salad to the black beans. The best black beans I had ever had. So much food and so delicous.
A big Thank you for letring me hang out for awhile. If ever back I will definetly come again“

“I recently dined here and i really enjoyed the food. Delicious and generous serving. The only issue that I found was that the wait staff sends some training, especially the girl at the front door on Saturday, March 5th. Front Door staff should know how to greet customers. I found her very off- putting. It is a shame because her attitude is a negative for your business. Someone needs to take a few minutes to train her. 4 Stars“

“This was our 4th time here and we had a good experience. These are not complaints, but things I would adjust: salad dressing was a little tart, Firebirds chardonnay was on the sweet side... ok this is actually a complaint - the beer list is severely lacking for a place with $60 entrees (it's basic, boring, and on-par with big chain restaurants). That said, our server was fantastic. In addition to her professionalism, she brought us another round of drinks (the non-alcoholic ones) without asking. I don't know if that's standard procedure for Firebirds or just her attentiveness, but those little things go a long way. The food was excellent, too!“

“We have dined at the restaurant several times over the years. Before our experience this visit, I had read some negative reviews regarding service, food quality and cleanliness. I have to say that we found everything wonderful. We had reservations but arrived much earlier than expected to the restaurant. The Hostess was very accommodating and found an open table right away in the room with the Bar. (I would have enjoyed a table in one of the dining rooms better, which might have been the case had we stuck with our original reservation but we couldn't be picky since the Hostess was kind enough to provide us with an earlier lunch !) The food was delicious, served in a prompt time. Our waiter, Zach, was attentive and very pleasant. Even the servers who brought the food from the kitchen to our table were so nice ! My message in this review is "don't base your possible experience on the negative reviews" !!!“

“Thus was my 1st tume here. I got the catfish nuggets, Mac n cheese, collard greens, and sweet potatoes. The food was really good and was seasoned well. Everything was a la cart. Only thing to gripe about is the tops for the sides couldnt take the heat of my sides and caused juices to spill in the bag.“

“It used to be more elegant. Tables cloths etc. We were seated in the middle of a room which was a walking corridor on either side of us, so it was not a peaceful setting. The wood table had sticky glass stains on it, just screaming for a tablecloth. The food was good and the server was very nice. But the whole ambiance was like a Disney move 'em in, move 'em out experience. It would be so much nicer with some thoughtful touches like candles (electric) and better table placement.“

Base access pass is required.
It is a grill restaurant. Table service is not available. Customers order at the counter to takeout but general seating is available. Food is good and prepared fresh. Portion sizes are good. The cost is reasonable. I recommend for quick meal.“

“I was so amazed just by walking in how friendly the staff was. The atmosphere was very lovely and as soon as we walked in we had the cashier ask us if we needed any help with the menu. The wait wasn’t bad at all for what we ordered. We got 3 cheesesteaks, Crab fries, Fish, etc.. The food just tased so immaculate! I have no complaints whatsoever and will be returning.“

“B and Js is a hub for the community, if someone doesn't know where to go, one uses B and Js as a landmark. Kids bike up to get food and the older folks view it as nostalgic.

I've tried almost everything on the menu but now, and I have yet to taste something I didn't like. I would personally recommend the Ruben or Italian sausage if you want something warm and filling, and the Italian cold cut if you're feeling for something cool and lighter.

The ice cream is amazing, and the chocolate malt is very dense. I prefer chocolate or mixed everything, so I can't speak for anything else.

The staff have always been friendly and helpful, even when I'm convinced there is an item on the menu that is called by a totally different name 😅“

“I had an early lunch today with a friend at The Burger Shack. Staff was exceptional. The burger cooked perfectly and the fries were awesome and not greasy. We also had a salad with our meal and opted for the house ranch which is homemade in house, delicious! Overall 10 out of 10. Made a reservation and was so pleased with the ambience when seated; when looking over the menu, we felt certain we had been handed the wrong one because it was 11am and there were no brunch items to be found! But sadly, there is only this one menu regardless of day or timing. Very disappointing!! We pieced together some soup and appetizers as a “brunch” meal; the food was very good and our waitress very kind. However, we did send our comments to the chef expressing dismay that a brunch spot offered zero menu items that were even close to being considered brunch options!“

“Service was great, and the steak tips with eggs were point on! Steak was a perfect medium, and the grilled onions had a little crunch left.
I don't know why I often think that IHOP is nothing special. This is so wrong because my past dining experience with IHOP is always positive. The most recent, steak tips and eggs, was one of the best meals that I have had in a while.

“Looking for a fun activity with our family before Thanksgiving, we chose bowling. The prices were definitely cheaper than commercial locations. The place was clean with stations every few lanes with balls organized by color and weight. There were ramps available for anyone to use if necessary. There is also the ability to set bumpers to raise and lower for an individual in your group. You have the ability to edit your score, which is great because a few times pins would fall on their own and add to the score. There were options for scoring using regular bowling rules or other fun games. While we didn’t eat there, but there were plenty of food and drink selections. My only issue was the balls were very oily and the finger holes were very small. Staff said that’s how they were ordered but offered me a small container of baby powder to use.“
