They do enough traditional flavors to tick all the boxes but enough new, experimental, or seasonal things to stay interesting. Staff has always been very pleasant considering the early hours.“

I have tried twice to use it but the second time I focused on accurately adding the amount of sugar I wanted but it didn't go through because the barista served my coffee with no sugar and looking at the receipt it didn't have any sugar amount. “I’m visiting family here from Canada, and while searching for a local breakfast spot, this Dunkin’ in Olney, Maryland happened to pop up. I don’t usually leave reviews, but after this experience, I felt compelled to share it.

The food was excellent, but what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Good food can be found almost anywhere, but genuine kindness and heartfelt hospitality are rare. That’s what made this experience unforgettable.

Waseem, the team leader, went above and beyond to make my family and me feel welcome. After learning that we were visiting from Canada, he treated us with such warmth, friendliness, and care that it genuinely touched us. We usually go to Tim Hortons back home, but I can honestly say I have never received this level of service anywhere before.

I’m now back in Canada, but if I ever return to Maryland, I will absolutely visit this Dunkin’ in Olney again and hopefully have the chance to see Mr. Waseem once more.

“The only remaining Bakery in Md. for real home made Baked Goods, not commercial chemical preservative filled crap like the big grocery stores do it. Stop in Stoltzfus Bakery at the Dutch Market in Laurel Md. Old fashioned Baked items of all kinds, at a great Market, Twenty minutes from B’More and DC, just a couple miles from 295 or 95 making it the easiest Md Farmers Market to get in and out of. On 198 across from the Laurel Horse Races. Talk to authentic Amish owners, Ben or Ike while you’re there. Cakes ,Pies, Quiches, Cupcakes ,Loaves, Cookies, Muffins, Whoopies, Fry Pies, Fresh Doughnuts, Custom cake decorating upon request and much much more. Plenty of parking and refreshments.“

There was a sweet girl who took my order through the drive-thru and also helped me figure out the Dunkin’ app. She had such a kind voice and was incredibly patient and helpful.
