“Dang, I went during their School Spirit BOGO special, and this place was PACKED. There were like 40 people in line ahead of me, but those workers were CRUISIN’. They got through everyone with crazy speed and efficiency. Big shoutout to those workers. I guarantee they’re not getting paid enough.“

“Atmosphere - this is the neighborhood Taco Bell. It is clean and conveniently located. I like the mix of people just going about their day and have had some nice interactions with other customers - taking turns for soda, holding doors for each other, etc.

Service - no issues. Employees are either friendly or just quietly professional. I appreciate the work they do even if it isn't glorious. I try to remember to say yes to the college fund donation as a small way to show that.

Food - it's Taco Bell. The food is consistent and filling. It is a great alternative to typical burger places. I like having easy options my kids are happy with and the power bowls are a solid choice for me.“

“District Taco was nice, clean, and in a good location. The food was good, but overall I found it somewhat expensive for what you get. The menu felt pretty basic, and I was surprised that the burritos didn’t come with rice and beans, or nachos on the side.

You also have to ask for salsa and sour cream since there isn’t a salsa bar, which I would have preferred. There were also quite a few people standing around waiting for To-Go orders, which made the atmosphere feel a little crowded and was somewhat annoying.

Overall, I’d say it was an average-to-good experience, but definitely not a GREAT one. I gave it 4 stars for the effort and the overall cleanliness and location, but there’s room for improvement in the food value and service experience.“

“DMV Taqueria food truck is highly recommended! It’s smart to call in your order as they’ve grown in popularity as the word’s gotten out. My neighbor loves their chicken quesadillas. My favorite is the shrimp quesadillas, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with any of the menu items. I understand the churros are a favorite too, though I’ve not personally tried them. The drive home is brutal. The food smells so amazing, I can’t park the car fast enough. 5⭐️“

“This is honestly some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever tasted! I’m from Chicago, and I’ve had plenty of great Mexican food, but this place honestly beats a lot of the spots back home. You can really taste the love and passion that goes into the food, and the two wonderful ladies who prepared it were amazing.

The gentleman who greeted us was also incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. You can tell this place truly cares about its customers and the food they serve.

“After moving from Florida I have been tirelessly searching for a good taco place in Maryland. I was so happy to find Tacos A La Madre! When you go inside it is very under decorated, but clean and they have a good sense of branding with their black and yellow color scheme. The tacos are amazing, flavorful, and consistent every time I go. The ingredients taste fresh. If I had to choose a favorite, it would be the shrimp tacos and the birria tacos! 🌮 This is our new go-to taco place. You have to go- you won’t be disappointed.“

I had the quesadilla, and my friend got the California burrito—which comes loaded with fries inside and was honestly really good and filling. One thing I really appreciated was that they offer non-alcoholic slushies. I tried the guava one and it was so good, super refreshing and definitely a standout. I was a little surprised they don’t offer tacos, but the menu still has great options that hit the spot. The food, staff, and overall vibe were all on point—friendly service and a chill atmosphere that makes you want to stay a little longer than planned. “My husband and I came here for dinner tonight, and we had an amazing experience from start to finish. We ordered the calamari as an appetizer and the red snapper for dinner. Everything was absolutely delicious! The calamari was perfectly cooked, and the red snapper was a 10/10—full of flavor and cooked to perfection.

The restaurant itself is beautiful, very clean, and well organized, which made the experience even better. The service was also excellent, and everyone was friendly and attentive.

I had the Original Tajín Margarita (their spicy-style margarita), and it was amazing—perfectly balanced with a great kick. The Aguachiles were fresh, spicy, and full of flavor. But the star of the night was the Ceviche Especial—absolutely unbelievable. Super fresh seafood with bold, well-seasoned flavors.
What really sets this place apart is the combination of authentic Mexican mariscos and sushi. You can enjoy ceviches, tostadas, cocteles, and sushi rolls all in one visit, and everything works.
The space is big and lively with lots of screens, giving it a fun sports bar vibe. They also have happy hour from 4–7 PM plus daily specials, which makes it an easy win.

“I placed a pick-up order through Uber Eats, but the app glitched and placed the order at the wrong location (this location, in Laurel). I called and the staff at this Bubbakoo’s were very helpful and prompt in contacting Uber to cancel my order, despite the fact that Uber is notoriously difficult to work with. I really appreciated their effort!“

“The food here is amazing. The atmosphere is wonderful and (to my knowledge) this is authentic Salvadoran food. The rotisserie chicken was the star of the show. I got half a bird with rice and plantains. I made a rookie mistake and got 4 hot sauces instead of the 2 hots and 2 milds. Definitely start with the mild unless you really like the heat. The skin was so crispy and the chicken breast were juicy. The music and the smell of charcoal is the best part. I would recommend calling in your order or placing it online. I waited about 15 minutes for my bird, but it was worth it because I knew it was fresh. I will definitely check this place out again in the future.“

“Some of the most amazing and accommodating staff in the Columbia area. The staff here at Uncle Julio’s go above and beyond when it comes to your evening out and family’s needs. I personally highly recommend dining here. Beautiful and quiet patio area for you to sit. Indoor seating is just as authentic as well. All food is made from scratch, fresh daily. Table-side guacamole is an experience you must indulge in especially for you avocado lovers! Not to mention their chocolate piñata that is perfect for any occasions!
