“Ive been without a favorite burrito for 10 years-queu Katie's Tex Mex! It is soooooo good!!! Ive had the torta once and the burrito twice. Steak is perfect just like everybody else said in their reviews. PUPUSAS- THE CHEESIEST EVER. Spent 5-10 min peeling off cheese from aluminum foil making sure none was lost. This place is really phenomenal!! I dont even live close, im in DC. As far as steak goes, this place is doing their thing and I will be back. They are a little reluctant to give out their salsa, though. That is only thing I could comment negatively about. I will still keep coming, though.

“My wife and I love this restaurant. We order to-go from here at least twice a month. My wife is a vegetarian and loves the way they use various peppers and onions in her fajita along with the tasty black beans. I love the steak. The food has great flavor!“

“Fantastic food and drinks! I had chicken enchiladas and my friend had a vegetarian burrito, neither of us could finish because the serving was abundant! Both came with beams and rice. We also had margaritas and they were perfect. Thank you for a great meal. I will definitely be back for more delicious food. Our waitress was excellent as well.

“Fresh and flavorful food. I had tacos pollo. The platter was large with 3 tacos, black beans, yellow rice, lettuce, fresh salsa, crema, and guacamole. My husband had carne asada burrito and said it was the best he’s had outside of So. California.“

“We have been patrons of Tampico for years. Always good food and satisfying. We are fans of their steak burrito w/ Chipolte sauce, their shrimp agave , their portobello enchilada, and their seafood enchilada. Their salsa and chips are always a welcome start to the meal. They are a local favorite for a reason. Recommend you give them a try if you are in the area.“
