From the moment I walked in, Bailey was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. It’s not often you come across someone who clearly cares about their job and the customers, but Bailey definitely stood out. “Great Arbys experience. I haven't had arbys in a while but had an old gift card. Food is reasonably priced. My wife ordered two sliders and a wrap and they were around 10 dollars and so was my meal. I had a Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich and it was so fresh and hot, cheese was melted and pulled. Healthy amount of ham on top. Fries were crispy. My experience might of been different if they didn't just open an hour before, but the fry oil did taste a little used or old. The service was quick, I was the only one in there at the time and the cashier was kind.“

This was after working a 14 hour shift going hungry throughout the entirety of the day. I was very much looking forward to my Double Whopper and fry to fill me up after that odyssey of a shift. I placed the order & paid. I was HORRIFIED when I realized I placed the order to your Fallston Location at 10:57 on a Monday (3 mins before they were slated to close.) IT SEEMED AS IF THERE WAS NO HOPE. Bailey said “not on my watch”.. He very kindly asked to see my app, checked the order, prepared it to my liking (customizations and all.. it was even “fresh off the broiler”) He served it to me with a smile. We didn’t realize until we came home with the wrong order. We had already paid for the order I made so I called and spoke with a co owner. She graciously delivered the order to our home and even brought cookies for the kids! The mistake was my husband’s but she was still so kind and generous to us!! The management team, is always willing to assist us with last minute catering orders (sorry about that) and they always make it work.
