“We used to frequent this restaurant often when we lived in Frederick. We returned for my 70th birthday dinner. As usual, Rich did an outstanding job, not only with our meals but also with meals designed for our vegan/vegetarian children. Trish, our server , was also excellent. “The food was great, and given the other options in the area, the value for what was provided was wonderful. The service was also great. We had 4 kids with us and they had a good offering for kids as well. The option to do wine tastings with all the wines of tap was a plus. Will def. come back.“

“The food was very delicious, and I suggest everybody get the philly cheese steak egg rolls.They were the amazing even for our very picky eater. Shake was really attentive and gave us enough space to let us people.We wanted and made some suggestions that turned out to be really spot one. “Iris is amazing! She made my food perfectly, she helped me with ordering and she was beyond pleasant! She is definitely an asset to the Isaac company. I watched her interact with other patrons and she never lost her smile. She was so knowledgeable of the menu and gave excellent recommendation. “I recently organized a baby shower for my daughter and opted for catering services from Crisp and Juicy's, Frederick location. The food was exceptional and efficiently packaged for pickup. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the cuisine. The customer service was outstanding, and Liz, the manager, demonstrated remarkable professionalism and assistance throughout the process. It was an absolute pleasure collaborating with her. I intend to utilize Crisp and Juicy's services for my future events.“

“Great food and service, but disappointed that they have been out of AC for two months. They need to tell their customers at the door before they are seated. “We had a very enjoyable and nice dinner yesterday. I feel bad that the previous reviews are quite negative on this wonderful restaurant. We’ve been to Bench so many times and we were always very happy with the food and service . This is a hidden gem in Rio. While other restaurants are crowded and noisy, this one has a classy and quiet atmosphere. The food’s delicious and flavorful. We appreciate the chef and the hosts- they get busy with a small staff but they are still very hospitable and attentive. Our server last night was Alie and I’m sorry I didn’t get the other lady’s name . Keep up the excellent work . We will surely be back .“

“Yummy and fresh. My kid gave thumbs up and he’s not a burger lover- that says a lot. Husband also liked it. Had the classic. Service was great. She was kind and friendly. Will return to try other burgers and fries. Hope this place pops and stays. Forgot to take a picture of my burger bc I was hungry and finished it off quickly. Price matches quality.“
